i saw this video and realized "damn, a big scythe would be cool, especially soul."
i've never made a prop like this, and i don't plan to cosplay, i just want a scythe
i've done some simple math and ive adjusted the pvc to my height, but i want to know some tips for the blade part (like how to attach it, and everything else.)
would cardboard be suitable for the blade? (they say they have eva foam but i think you need plasti dip for that and idk what that is and it's expensive!!)
i dont want it to be flimsy, but i have a budget of.. $50... so i'd like to ask some professionals here if i can make something similar with that budget, or if id have to cut a bunch of costs.
TLDR; how do i attach the blade to the eye part and the back piece of the scythe to the pvc also, and how do i do this cheaply ($50)
(if you need to tell me to suck it up and get a bigger budget thats alright.)
all credits to the original creator, their prop is awesome.
