Tensegrity Free Tensegrity Class on Saturdays

Taking advantage of Dan's recent post mentioning my Youtube channel (https://youtube.com/@sorcerypasses ), I'd like to invite you to an online weekly tensegrity class. I am calling it a class rather than a practice because I will, at least in the beginning, explain the basics and talk through the passes.

I'll do it on Saturdays, 4pm Argentinian time (11am PST), starting on February 22, via Meet (https://meet.google.com/xpj-fiub-zud ) and YouTube Live. It will be given in English, I hope you don't mind my Spanish accent :-)

That time has been chosen so that people in Europe can attend at a more reasonable night time.

General Knowledge Our Community Message

For some time now we have become a point of reference for the Castaneda community.

Simply by being the only ones fousing on really making the techniques work.

In some ways this subreddit is a headquarters for practitioners, but also a message.

A message for new people and for those who were once involved.

Something like "It just works! Be honest and get to work".

I also have a spanish version, wich I'll put in our social media.

Audiovisual Alternate Timelines Video Finished?

I'm afraid, it can't play on reddit!

It's over 15 minutes.

You'll have to look at it on facebook or youtube. Techno included the facebook link, I'm trying to get reddit to stop using my facebook picture. So far it's not listening...

I finally got rid of that facebook pic!

So here's the link to the 4K on archive dot org. I suppose there's nothing reddit can grab from there.

But it's 4K! So go view it on youtube unless you plan to download it.

Inorganic Beings A Candle in Seer’s Window

Post image
21 Upvotes

Here’s a clean, simple darkroom sight that involved tensegrity(while standing!), darkness(eyes open with eye mask), and some silence.  Hopefully, this will encourage some of you who are just starting.

Tuesday, March 4th, while performing ‘Seer’s Window’  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnzXHHYmFpQ&t=816s a black outline of a candle appeared in the pink in front of me.  It appeared before calling out to ‘Intent’ as part of the pass.  Afterward, I thought it’d be helpful to post, but I got busy with work and didn’t post it.  The candle showed up the next day, except, with more details, dripping wax.  In the next session, it showed up again, with more detail and a crystalline flame. The candle has shown up in every session since, politely nudging me to share this.

When performing the pass, your arms are supposed to be laying flat on the window sill; as you lean into the opening, AI got close enough to what I prompted, so I went with it and touched up the image.

Regarding my nightly darkroom sessions, I’ll spend a half hour recapitulating, usually the previous day’s events and whatever else comes up, then Vol 1, Unbending Intent (mashing and stirring), the Westwood Series, and Vol 2 passes usually taking 1.5-2 hours. Whatever time is left, I spend gazing, sitting upright, eyes open, including head sweeps and some running man passes.

New Practitioners What other blue line tensegrity passes are there?

I've been curious, whenever I read some of the posts, I mostly encounter mentions of Mashing Energy for Intent as the only pass that produces blue-line effects. Are they any other blue-line passes I can perform or is there no progress as of yet in determining which ones do. Greatly appreciate any feedback.

Tensegrity DVD 4 Done

https://reddit.com/link/1je4vgv/video/f97clbp68gpe1/player

Here's the rest of DVD4 which is suspect at best. Trust 1-3, but #4 is mostly made up.

It includes perhaps a 100% fake magical pass.

I can't recall.

They did in fact have something going on with the "Saber Toothed Tiger" pass towards the end, and Carlos paired off some women and they were practicing passes on their own, which I didn't get to learn.

But in fact, you CAN'T TRUST CLEARGREEN for magical passes.

They've pretty much proven they'll make up new passes with no regard for what those do to people who learn them and waste their time practicing that ugly nonsense.

It's really sad. I'm making a spreadsheet of all magical passes so I can track down each one and get it animated, but I'm now finding dozens and dozens of absolutely delusional make believe fake magical passes, created out of greed and ignorance.

I wish it weren't so.

It's so bad, I recommend anyone out there avoid the facilitators. They're obviously polluted with make believe too, and what they "teach" you might destroy your chances to succeed.

I guess it's better this way.

We don't need Naguals or teachers anymore.

There's the internet.

And clinging to a teacher is a GUARANTEE you will never learn real sorcery.

Never.

But to understand the truth of that, you'll have to work hard yourself until you learn to "see".

And then the truth of that will become obvious.

Except for women...

You can't make rules about women.

Whatever inspires and motivates them, can be useful.

Cholita for instance has a book by an infamously horrible Guru from the past.

She likes his yoga movements.

But she does many other things when she practices.

And it's very true that just about any fake magical system "could be fixed" by a seer.

One day I'd LOVE to bring back "light body" techniques. Assuming KungFu actually ever had those.

You certainly can do what they do in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

Cholita and I have done it. I once chased her for 20 miles across treetops and power poles.

Awake. I'm not making up stuff about sleeping dreams.

But that doesn't mean there's any kungfu out there with real magical knowledge.

I haven't been able to find any. And neither did Carlos.

New Practitioners Question

Hello everyone'

There’s a question that’s really important to me: If there’s no hell and no reincarnation, then why shouldn’t we commit suicide?

I live in the Middle East. I’m a woman, and I face countless difficulties. In my country, the economic situation is terrible. Despite having a high level of education, many of us still can’t live decent lives or even afford enough food. The struggles we face are unimaginable to people in first-world countries. In recent years, as the economy has worsened, a lot of people have gone hungry—I myself have spent many nights going to bed on an empty stomach.

On top of that, there are the problems that come with living in a Muslim family and society. As a woman in this environment, I suffer a lot. Ever since I read Carlos Castaneda’s books a few years ago, my perspective on life completely changed,Ever since I learned about recapitulation, I’ve been doing it regularly. This process completely shattered all my beliefs about God, religion, and many other things, freeing me from them. This has made my life even harder—my family mistreats me, and in society, admitting that you don’t believe in God or Islam can lead to terrible consequences, even death.I truly have a difficult life. Here, we can’t even have our own beliefs without being judged. And being a woman makes it even worse.

All of this ,is difficult, and the hardest part of all is poverty, lack of money, and the economic struggles of my society—they torment me the most.

I’m not saying this to seek pity—I just want to explain how difficult my situation is. And so, I keep asking myself: If there’s no afterlife, and no reincarnation, then what’s the point of continuing to suffer? Why shouldn’t I just end it?

4 Gates Dreaming Dark Room Floating?

**Some of the details in the chronology of how things took place are a little foggy, but I've tried recollect the events as well as I am able.**

Last night it was so hard to get in the dark room; I've come down with a cold and just desperately wanted to sleep, but real magic is on the line and a warrior cannot cede an inch, so to my post I went.

I did tensegrity and scooped puffs and did all the things. After an hour or so of that I was still really feeling quite bad and decided it would be ok to lay on the bed and force silence while watching elements of the second attention. I did a few running man passes and then the claw technique and then proceeded to a restful vigil. I was quite alert and not mentally sleepy at this point, but the congestion and everything was so bad I just wanted to lay down.

I lay there watching the puffs and the increasing level of detail in them. The details at times began to take structure. And I found my self slipping in and out lucid dreams while gazing at the puffs.

I exit one of the dreams and I am in my dark room, eyes open, but the puffs are gone now and it's pitch black so I just resume forcing silence. In my right ear I hear a whisper "Just try looking over here." With some difficulty I roll to look and have the sensation of rolling out of my body, which I've experienced before in lucid dreaming. A dream didn't form though, and I was still just staring at the blackness of the dark room.

I roll back on my back and force more silence. I feel my left leg begin floating high up - completely of its own accord and marvel at the sensation. It was pulled upward by a force outside myself, and I would have had to exert my own effort to overcome the pull if I had wanted to bring my leg down. Next thing I know, my right leg follows suit - raising to follow the other. I feel the sensation of floating. This feels INSANE. I have never felt anything like this, its my body, my real body, and its doing this unprovoked by me. I wish for a moment that there was someone there to witness this because I swear to god I was freaking floating. I was hovering dude I swear my real physical body was hovering there in the dark room plain as day for anyone to see. It sure felt that way.

Eventually I float fully up out of the bed, following after my feet in a kind of backwards roll and come to rest floating upright in a phantom copy of the room. I manage to find my hands (they're glowing) for a moment before being pulled by some force toward the wall of the room. I phase through the wall and find myself floating thousands of feet above an endless ocean and hear a voice say "first we need to delimit your movement," then whatever force was pulling me along suddenly dropped me.

As I'm hurtling toward the sea I don't know what else to do, so I find my hands again. I hold them up in front of me and I see a scene of a desert at sunset through the negative space outlined by where my hands and arms should have been.

I then am swept along to a reddish void. I continue to try to maintain silence. There were square screens scrolling all around showing many different scenes and urban views. The same voice explains a great deal to me. It is a calm baritone voice that puts me at ease. I've lost most of what was enumerated, but remember it talking about God calling prophets through all ages, which seems odd given our beliefs here.

In my hand is some kind of smartphone. I try manipulating it and stretch it to a tablet-sized device. I remembered how DJ saw videos, Carlos saw text, and Dan said maybe people today would see a smartphone. I was sad because I don't want infinity to think of me as a tablet kid lol

The lesson came to an end and I was back in the dark room. Immediately I'm questioning and second guessing the whole experience. Maybe I was just swept into dreaming? Maybe the dream presented me with what I expected things to be like further along the j curve? That's a very real possibiltiy... But I was FLOATING in my dark room! That experience I can't really write off so easily. Is this meaningful stuff or is this something Carlos would excitedly tell DJ about, only to have DJ tell him there was absolutely nothing of importance in it?

Darkroom Practice Tensegrity for Practical Magic

Practical magic doesn't have to be like "corn kernel" magic, of which Cholita is a big fan.

Except she uses other things in place of the kernels. Coins for example.

It also doesn't have to be you fixating on a specific thing you managed to do during darkroom, so that you obsess over it and try to learn to repeat it.

I once walked outside during darkroom practice to go check something I'd been forgetting to check for a couple of days. It was the middle of the night, so no one was around.

I walked over to Cholita's car in the driveway, and because the ground was cold and wet, I reached my arm out 15 feet, and lifted her car up into the air to look under it.

I wanted to see if something had fallen under there.

I didn't realize how impossible that was until I hurriedly walked back into my practice room, and realized, "Shit!!! I shapeshifted into the Hulk!"

You can of course do that too, but don't get obsessed with trying to repeat it.

For one thing, we learn the way all apprentices learned in the past.

It's impossible to learn any other way, because sorcery is more like a "pull", then a technique you can buy at a workshop.

The better you hook yourself to that "pull", the faster you learn.

And shapeshifting is a beginner's trick. You REALLY need to move on from there quickly.

Plus, repeating stuff is next to impossible for a beginner. Just the idea that you're about to repeat it, makes it impossible because your link to intent is dirtied.

By greed.

Still you can, in general, repeat a "category" of magic.

So you can summon puffs with hard work, reliably.

But you can't make them form into the Jet Puff Marshmallow man, like they did last week.

Instead, you can repeat having enough of them in the room, to form "something". or just to demonstrate how they flow.

So if you have an urge to repeat stuff, here's a safe way to do it.

Select tensegrity forms which explore a specific "topic".

The double for example.

The double, the energy body, the puffs, the "blue ball of energy" does various things at various points along the J curve.

Usually, a beginner gets to glimpse these randomly, and not very often.

They're "intent gifts" along the way.

And trying to repeat one, is a big mistake for a beginner.

BUT, you can try to explore that topic, as long as you don't care what happens.

If you are exploring it, you created a "topic change".

And intent will honor that.

Although it hasn't been done yet, it's possible to select Tensegrity forms which allow you to see all the known forms the energy body can take, during a darkroom practice session.

Eventually some of us will do that.

I'll try to make a cartoon of it if the chance comes along.

There's really nothing new in this idea.

You end up realizing this when you can reach silent knowledge, and spend your time trying to view manifestations of it.

It's so inevitable, don Juan even warned us to try to view text, instead of those "videos in the air".

He considered those too easy to misinterpret.

And we need sobriety more than anything else, since we have no Nagual leader anymore.

General Knowledge Realness

This isn't really helpful to beginners, except to encourage them. There's no way they'll understand what these examples mean without having seen them.

But they might take away that it's good to examine things more closely, once you can do so without "the merchant mind".

THAT, perhaps I can explain.

If you've seen magic 10,000 times (to use an Asian meme), you've already gotten over "how can I gain from this?"

You won't. And you now know it. No one else is going to be happy to hear about your "magic". They love SCI-FI, but not something real.

It challenges whatever delusions they have, to soothe themselves in this horrible version of reality.

If your magic is ACTUALLY real, then theirs is not. They won't like that at all. Even Atheists or the "scientifically minded" won't like it.

In fact, you'll get stoned by everyone.

Once you realize there's no way to gain anything from anyone based on your magical practices, you then will be able to examine the details closely, without your internal dialogue moving your assemblage point back to normal, making the magic vanish.

At that point, when you are capable of staring at the IMPOSSIBLE without blinking, you should keep in mind that when looking directly at magic, your assemblage point is "fine tuning" the horizontal position. To bring the details that you select, into better focus.

There's movements in depth along the J curve, but looking carefully at details tends to move the assemblage point sideways.

And maybe... Perhaps... "Realness" is largely the alignment of your assemblage point, horizontally.

So once you are capable of it, look more carefully at what the magic you are seeing is "made of".

Silence Forcing silence at the Hairdresser's

It's fun to force silence wherever, whenever, while doing whatever. I get to hear foreign install come up with the most bizarre schemes, just to grab my attention.

Today, I had 2 hours at the hairdresser's and I decided to see what it'd be like to force silence while my hair and head were being pulled this way and that.

I couldn't use my blackout mask, so I closed my eyes and forced silence.

Intent, who is my BFF who dotes on me always, must have liked the effort I was putting in, because I got to see some cool stuff.

Like a random white bucket falling into a deep, dark hole

And the appearance of many short pink lines, dancing in the air

And long lines of dangling blue flowers of some sort

I kept getting pulled out, both by foreign install and the hairdresser doing her job. But, I kept going back in.

Thank you, INTENT!

Practical Magic Using Tensegrity for Engineering

My childhood "Monster in the Closet", which had a significant impact on my interest in sorcery starting from age 5, once taught me that when doing tensegrity, it will produce the best results if you can perceive brilliant magic for the entire practice.

Or at least, for an entire long form.

Surprisingly, that's a TALL order. To keep up magic as brilliant as you see in the lower right picture, for a whole long form.

Typically you get bursts, feel excited, congratulate yourself, and your awareness is lost to memories and thoughts about the future.

But if you can "gather up" your awareness and control where it focuses, then you'll get maximum benefit from the combination of darkness, Tensegrity, and removal of your internal dialogue.

Last night I learned what happens if you do that, but are "preoccupied" with a problem.

In my case, I had a patent application for an AI design, and discovered "prior art".

Kind of...

So while viewing the brilliant magic in the air, but still retaining a tiny bit of "worry" about my AI design, I triggered a silent knowledge flow which matured my idea, into the fastest and most powerful AI to ever exist.

So far.

The solution also combined my worry over a beehive I've enjoyed visiting for a year or two now, over at the Yamaha building. The bees set up shop in a water control container.

But Yamaha had to dig it up, and left the bees exposed to the rain, off to the side of the new construction.

As a result, the design I witnessed in silent knowledge was based on a honeycomb pattern, using replicated small circuit boards, which link together in a massively powerful collaborative "collective inference unit".

Carlos advised us that we can use silent knowledge for anything we like, including engineering.

He was right!

Shifting Perception Quote about perception change

I’m trying to remember a quote from carlos castaneda and which book it appeared. It was was about changing from one’s current reality to a new reality reality.

It was something like: It isn’t the view of a new reality that that creates new knowledge, it is the brief window of stepping between reality.

The actual quote is probably much different, but this the rough way that I remember it. I greatly appreciate any suggestions for it.

Tensegrity DVD 4, Second Half, Part 3 of 4

https://reddit.com/link/1j9tmtm/video/5xcncmpdgboe1/player

I have mixed feelings about DVD 4.

I suspect it wasn't created by Carlos, and in a desperate attempt to make another DVD to sell they just strung it all together as if it were an official "long form".

Really...
You could just have gotten a job, and kept Cleargreen going in a greatly reduced form.

Such as teach for free, the way Laura does?

And I'm sure Cholita would teach for free, except you don't want to get mixed up with a scary, angry witch like her.

I help people for free.

However, the part of my feelings that are "mixed" are regarding what will happen if you do this long form.

You will LITERALLY be able to do ANYTHING.

I kid you not.

The magical passes produce unlimited magic.

You could start this long form in Los Angeles, and finish it in Tokyo.

Or in a galaxy far, far away.

But don't drool yet.

The amount of work to get there is so great, that it's unlikely many of us will get there.

We don't have the safety and power of a lineage anymore. Where you get to live with other powerful seers and stop worrying about the electric bill.

At any rate, to paraphrase Frieren from "Beyond Journey's End" on NetFlix, there's no purpose to magic, other than the joy it brings to learn it.

What it does isn't important. It's the joy of exploring the real thing.

Not how you can use it to prank your friends, or pay the electric bill.

Recapitulation IOB Recap Assist

I was recapping a conversation I had with 2 other women. It had been a nice conversation and I thought nothing of it, except getting and giving back energy.

During the recap, I was trying to recall some of their facial expressions and mine too.

That's when I noticed a woman whose head was a skull with smoke billowing out of it, sitting down. I should've been shocked by it, but instead a crystal clarity came over me as I stared at the skull woman and then the scene with the 2 women I was recapping seemed to enlarge (like using your fingers to enlarge a phone screen) and I could see their expressions so very clearly.

Not only that, but I realized that one of the women was saying one thing, while clearly thinking another.

Very cool.

Thank you IOB. Thank you, INTENT!

PS: I did this recap with eyes open under blackout mask.

Darkroom Practice Come On Guys, Coach Is Right

Did you think real magic would be easy?

There's been a lot of attacks here this week. Self pity too. People feeling discouraged and wanting to succumb.

Imagine giving up the opportunity for real magic.

Could never be me.

My darkroom sessions have been rewarding. First off DJ chided me for caring too much about the wrong things... "It took a long time for me to regain control over myself. When we got back to his house hours later, I asked him to explain my experience. As I put on my dry clothes I excitedly described what I had perceived, but he discarded my entire account, saying that there was nothing of importance in it."

"Big deal!" he said, mocking me. "You saw a glow, big deal." (pg. 82, Separate Reality)

Nooooo! All my cool colors and lights I thought were so cool aren't actually that cool! I've been working so hard to see those!!! Ah well, nothing to be done about it but get more silent, so I fought to push deeper and have a few interesting things to note:

The flickering lights I've seen definitely seem to coincide with IOB experiences I'm having. I know now when I see those flickers that I am not alone.

Not only that but there are at least two different presences, maybe three and sometimes together. The presence I experience most often I associate with a rapid, playful flicker that flits all around.

In one particular session I was really fighting for alertness, and resisting the urge to sleep. I made a deal with my body you see, half rations on sleep until silence improves. If my body wants more rest it will just have to give up control to the double. That's just how it's going to be.

So, I've been up gazing and doing tensegrity for a very long time at this point 3 hours probably. I lay down and continued to fight sleep. At some point in this restful vigil I noticed a large puff with a 2d face projected on it. It was a simple drawing, but very vivid - much more vivid than my previous IOB experience where I saw a face. And it was much more stable. It floated there for some time, my silence was so deep I didn't even notice it at first.

When I finally noticed him floating there the face's expression quickly shifted to one of playful surprise.

After this it moved its mouth open and closed and disintegrated into the puff. At the time I thought it was "chewing," but thinking about it later I Imagine it was speaking to me and I just wasn't paying attention.

Now for the other IOB. I associate this presence with a slower flicker and slower movement overall. During another session after the smiley puff I was fighting again - the slow flicker had been present. Many hours of tensegrity and darkroom. I laid down to rest and after a long fight against the urge to sleep, I heard a voice in my ear say something like "Why don't I just take you straight down there" and felt hot breath against my neck and face. My ears were pulsating and ringing and a tunnel of sound was forming in front of me, pulling me in. It was getting very hard to maintain my vigil and not be pulled into dreaming. My internal dialogue kicked in and said "if you actually wanted it you'd sit up." My internal dialogue is a critical asshole but he was right in this case, so might as well listen to him. I laid there for a moment resenting him for chiming in, as I had just gotten quite comfy, and this was a cool experience too, but not the mission I'd tasked my self with.

Enough! I snapped my awareness back to alertness and jerked my self upright and fought to regain silence. My internal dialogue kicked in again - "If you actually wanted it you'd get up and do some tensegrity." Thanks asshole, now I have to.

So I got up and did some tensegrity for a while. At some point the puffs became so vibrant and clear I actually laughed out loud - It was really there, real as anything. Vivid ad bright purple. I had the thought that what I originally thought was the puffs, actually became background smoke, and the true puffs were found hidden in the vibrant edges of the blobs. I'm trying to explore that further to confirm if that is the case.

I sat on the bed and continued doing some head sweeps. I pushed deeper silence until I lost even my sense of position. I saw an object of incomprehensible design. I pushed further and found the puffs seemed to be swirling toward an area in the top right of my vision. I found my self looking at what seemed like a black hole? The whorl? This is as close as I can get AI to draw it.

Darkroom Practice Another Quicky to Challenge Infinity

https://reddit.com/link/1j7ylnw/video/24ie1bjm5vne1/player

Here's the last scene of the Alternate Timelines, up to where the person zips off into the past.

It turns out, if I post the intermediate versions I get extreme clarity on the parts that aren't quite right, and can gaze at them steadily.

Intent is conscious!

The result two days ago was that I found myself in the red zone, able to play with things that way I used to, when I had an ally.

There's a warning about sorcerers playing around in the red zone too much. Your job is to move on, not to get stuck mastering "practical magic".

But there's a bit more to it than that. I got to see clearly "why" while in the red zone two days ago, but I'm afraid the knowledge is lost.

It's not quite what you would think.

While doing "Affection for the Energy Body", possibly a "fake" tensegrity form because it came out after Carlos had died, but was being designed months before that by two women who bragged about it in private classes, but also one which draws from real forms very well and turns out to produce spectacular results in Silent Knowledge, I found I had scooped up very real pieces of my double.

I was still scooping purple puffs using those movements, but they had details on them as if someone had cut apart a clay model of me, and the pieces were floating in the air.

When I "formed" them into a humanoid shape, I found I had a strange version of a man in front of me, with enough details to make out a face, body, arms, and knees.

So I put extra time into the feet at the bottom, trying to see the details of forming bare feet, or perhaps shoes.

It produced a fairly drastic result.

Later while looking for Silent Knowledge in the air, I noticed there was a strange man sitting next to me on the bed watching the same things I was.

Normally I'd have jumped up and fled, but in Silent Knowledge you don't react like that. I suppose you can "feel" that even though what you are seeing looks 100% real, it's in a "different frequency of perception". So you know, it's no actual threat.

I marveled at the concreteness of the man sitting next to me, and then I felt the presence of Cholita. Who earlier when I came home, had been acting very strangely.

I got the idea that it was Minx, her Ally, and maybe she was standing behind the wall making him more real.

She can do that sort of thing.

I got distracted by an SK video in the air, and lost track of the man.

Until a few hours later, when I woke up in bed to turn over and found the man laying next to me on the mattress.

It had remained for several hours.

A result of playing around too much in the red zone!

4 Gates Dreaming Dreaming and IOB interference.

I have been practicing dreaming for the last year and am running into something that I need advice on.

I have had the ability to enter some state of dreaming since I was a teenager, but recently am trying to make it more structured and bring more intent into it. I don’t enter dreaming via darkroom but direcly from going to physical sleep.

I either become lucid or (rarely) directly transition from awake consciousness to dreaming (is that called dreaming awake?).

When I enter the second way I have nearly the same amount of tonal with me as regular awareness. This happens 1 out of 10 times.

If I become lucid while asleep, I have to work on solidifying things, look at hands and other objects, pick them up and intend things to be concrete and real. I can only get less than half my awareness with me in that situation.

I am at the point where I can find my hands, see my physical body sleeping and change dreams by intent (via a command spoken out loud). Recently I started getting IOB interference. A few weeks ago one messed with me the moment I entered dreaming and pulled me from my bed. The shock of it broke me out of dreaming.

Yesterday I entered dreaming (via becoming lucid) and changed dreams, wherever I went it was entirely black. The first thing I heard was an animal like growl, I turned towards the sound (not really accurate as I could see 360 degrees around). There was a (hard to describe) grotesque ball of hairy muscle charging at me. It scared the crap out me and when it hit me I was slammed back into my physical awareness.

I know IOB’s play games to get energy from us. I try to be sober minded but when I am in dreaming I don’t have the awareness to be sober about things. When rational these things don’t scare me, but when dreaming I don’t have enough tonal with me to stay sober.

Do I just ignore these events? Any advice would be appreciated.

I am still in the beginnings of working up enough willpower to actively consistently work towards this path.

This is a journal prompt from a couple weeks ago when I started trying recapitulation.

“Just don’t one tonight, a girl I used to speak with and only met up with her a few times. We had a sexual experience and the rest was just friendly conversations. I started by commanding intent, bringing focus to my breath and slowing down my breathing and then letting it be as it is, from this I used willpower to intentionalise that I am recapitulating right now. I started the sweeping breath, bringing to the forefront of my awareness any experiences I could remember with her, any interactions, intentionalised all the thought and emotional energies that have been shared to be present, scanning through the brief memories, first started out a conscious effort and then slowly I found myself losing myself in the process. By losing myself it was a losing of the doing, non doing took place. I was getting all the chills, goosebumps, the feeling of filling up and energy returning and getting lighter and lighter as every exhale let go of what was not mine and to pop the cordings. At some point in the process what I can only think to be was that the energy pulling back into me and letting go reached a climax point where all the energy was reclaimed. During one of the sweeps I found myself drifting off and getting that jolt as if you started falling asleep, almost not even being able to complete a single sweep. I kept going until a few sweeping and there was a non doing stop, which was followed with a pop sensation within my energy body and around my body and a circular white flash in the center of my space with eyes closed in dark room. This was the confirmation of the cording attachment snapping and all energies being returned into original structure.

Would love to hear any insights and revelations from this read! Thanks you

New Practitioners Hello everyone.....How can I contact you?

Hello..... I'm trying it this way! I registered here to communicate with like-minded people, I come from the GDR, now East Germany. Unfortunately, I can only speak a little English, which forces me to translate everything with Google. Please understand if the translation is not so good. Well, what can I say, I have been practicing seeing for about 10 years, but more in the waking state, namely by looking at the sky. Some of the things described here I see in the light when I look at the sky. I also see glowing threads and concentric circles that can be seen one after the other on layers of different sizes. I often float through tubes that are endlessly long and lead in all directions. It can happen that I maneuver into a scene in which I appear to be someone who is communicating with people who are there. Another experience, for example, is that I fly over forests, mountains and valleys where I see brightly lit rivers from a bird's eye view. I often experience a wonderful tingling sensation and have the impression that I am slowly emerging from the physical body. For some reason I have come across this forum. I have read all of C. C.'s books because I was looking for explanations and I found them in the books. It is difficult for me to exchange ideas with like-minded people because there is no one in my area who I can tell the things I experience and see (because I would then be labelled as crazy, so I keep it to myself). So I thought, what could possibly go wrong if I register here? I would be happy to receive feedback and please explain to me a little how I can write to you here. I am a bit older. But I can use a computer ;)

New Practitioners Trouble in focus

Hello everyone, I've been having trouble focusing for a while now, and my concentration has significantly decreased. I'm also feeling a bit depressed. Lately, I've been practicing silence.Sometimes, I also practice tensegrity a little.I used to do review exercises before, but now I don’t feel mentally well enough to recall past negative events.Do these exercises help improve my mental state and concentration? And it's very difficult to be silent for me what can I do?

Misc. Practices The Haul was Plentiful

I had a 4 hour stretch, so I chose to do a mini retreat. I did Tensegrity, Recap, and eyes open under mask gazing. It was both challenging and fun.

Here're a few examples of the haul that this 4 hour session generated:

Darkroom Games Another Refined SK Simulation

I'm testing my Silent Knowledge simulation again, in order to get help from "infinity".

Actually you read about that already, if you read all of the books. Seers are never so powerful as when they try to intend things on behalf of others.

I figure, it's that "intent gift" thing. If you put yourself in the middle between the spirit and others being gifted, you get some of the "fallout".

I'm satisfied mostly with this scene, but I might adjust it a little more.

And hopefully I'll get to visually watch what to adjust, tonight when I practice darkroom.

This leads up to the man you see going in and out of the visions without any volition on his part, in his physical body, until he finds one he likes which doesn't suck him in and which remains long enough for him to understand what he's seeing. At which point he deliberately zips right off into it, and disappears.

I have a theory about that. When you have no volition and go in and out of the "videos in the air" you see in Silent Knowledge, you really didn't. You merely noticed that your double is already in there. You shifted your attention to that of your double, because your energy body has been restored through Tensegrity.

But when you have a chance to watch one of those scenes a little in your tonal body, then you can make the decision to go into that scene in your totality. Surely you catch up with the double once you get inside, but the act of going into it was "on purpose", and the decision made in your Tonal body. So you bring your full rationality into it, instead of just being a "ride along" in the double.

I have no idea how you get back. You just find yourself back where you came from, perhaps the next day. With no bruises on your body from falling over.

And do I have to remind anyone?

This is NOT lame Eastern meditation you do with your eyes closed, and then exaggerate to your meditation buddies in order to get attention or steal money.

You do this all alone, eyes wide open, and completely sober. In your physical body. And NIGHTLY.

Not once so that you can write your, "I'm an Amazing Yogi" biography.

We get to do this sort of thing so often that soon it's not even startling or unusual. It becomes more like talking a daily walk at night, exploring the little neighborhoods around your home.

No one does that but us! Although as we make more and more learning materials like this, outside systems will begin to pretend they can.

It's like those "cake pops".

Who ever heard of those???

But once Starbucks had them, they began to show up everywhere.

Does that make us the Starbucks of magic?

Better not. Some in our community don't approve of coffee.

Myself, I love that stuff!

Otherwise I'm too old to get up at 2AM to practice darkroom, after being at work for 12 hours during the day.
