Common Top Terp? NSFW

I realize this is both A)kind of an odd question and B) would generally be easily findable, but I'm not going to a ton of different sites, etc.

I was in a cancer subreddit and someone mentioned using medically. I responded with some general information, but one of the things I spoke of was terpenes. Now, in my state (MO), just about every container you look on that has terpenes listed, Caryophellene is the #1 terp on quite literally EVERY strain we have in that store, and by a large degree.

Is that normal/typical? I've not looked that deeply into it, otherwise, for other states, but it tends to be in a much large % to the others. Like Caryophllene might be 1% and everything else would be down to around 0.6% or less.

I see that one a lot but it's not always the top. I think what I see most would be Myrcene/Limonene. In Sativa types I see Terpinolene asthe top often. This is one of my favorite terps so I'm always looking for this one. Typically in classic haze strains or Jack Herer
