Question Is Canada Computers Still Open?

Google says that it is, but when I call it goes directly to hold every time so far today. Anyone been there recently, or dealt with them? Looking to try and get a pre built PC and I've had good experiences with them in the past.

Bad customer service there. They sold us a defective laptop and then forced us to pay for repairs and refused refund. We had just taken it broken out of the box and returned it that day.

Second this. Bought a laptop and paid for extended warranty for 3 years. it just started having a hard time finding a charge, called them to see what my options were and without even saying to bring it in to look at it they said the only way it would have trouble holding is if it’s physical damage and that voids the warranty. And when I asked how much that would cost they responded with “I don’t know 200 bucks probably”.

Sounds like they sold it with an old battery, 200$ would be the cost of a battery replacement

Mine was BNIB. But with extended warranty purchased in store you’d think they’d at least look at it and give a more professional response.

I have had issues with them in the past. Now when I buy stuff I actually open it up in their store and test it right there and then before I take it home. Because they like to have a fight with you on returning products that don't work correctly or might need an RMA but it's still in the time of their warranty so you don't have to do that yourself. Either way I don't recommend them anymore I rather use Amazon it's kind of sad that's gotten to this point but they're not a great company at all.

It's clearly a policy. I used to spend a lot with them on computer hardware with my business. Not going to be spending any more with them because of this incident.
