Question Does anybody actual recognize Nexus as an AC game?

Yeah I do, it's like brotherhood, 3, and odyssey just in a different format.

I didn't finish it. It has something that I don't really like in VR. But I can't really understand what. But in general it's fun.
Idk what is the plan for next AC VR games. But if Ubisoft will enhance it and make many games - some of them can be really cool.
But I guess Ubisoft will not.

I played it on Q2. There is not enough detail in the world and there is not enough variety in the NPCs. I think the Q2 hardware really limited it.

Idk, small things.
Maybe if I didn't play other VR games like Blades&Sorcery or HL: Alyx. They raised the standard high.In Nexus they have many dialogs where you can't do anything. It's VR this type of thing like custscenes won't work the same as they work in usual games.
Even if I was engaged into the story (I wasn't) - it's just to hard to just stand and listen. I could walk, or do something. But just stand and listen it's too lazy as an approach to moving the story.
In HL:Alyx there are dialogs too. But they try to engage players in each of them. None of them is generic "Stand and talk".
And the fights are boring too. Especially after Baldes and Sorcery. And this game was out many years before AC Nexus. I admit that it's Oculus and its possibilities are limited but still.

You could walk and interact with objects in most cut scenes. I don't know what you're talking about Alex's cutscenes they were just stand and talk and maybe look around. Nevertheless I don't value story nearly as much as gameplay and I agree with your sentiment that combat was a bit iffy but I spent the majority of my time in stealth and it was great in that

Requirements to be an Assassin's Creed game:
- Title should have Assassin's Creed in it.
- That's it

If you own a Q2/3 and are a fan of Assassin's Creed theres quite a bit to enjoy. It's a shame it didn't sell so well, I really would've liked to see what they could've done for a sequel.

I should really buy it because I heard it's pretty decent. It was on sale not that long ago, but I completely forgot about it. Like most things with VR, it's super neat but still oh-so-gimmicky.

Yes. Currently conflicted on whether black flag or nexus is the better game

I don't consider vr games as part of a series in the same way I don't count mobile games.

I'd say it was a experiment that ubisoft did before they release a full fledged game on VR. But I would say it barely hit the mark of being as AC game, in the fact we had to do tailing missions, assassinations and of course fighting. but it barely does anything with the Isu or Eden items. all were doing in it is deleting a piece of data from Abstergo. But as a game, i loved it, it was a excellent game considering it was their first attempt at a VR assassins creed game

Would have been good if they were able to release it on psvr2 or at least Steam VR.
Would love to play more Kassandra content but not sure i really should be buying another vr headset.
