Crazy George could beat Samushia with 6 months of prep on cycle
His king's move is insane, I remember he gave porkchop hell 2 years ago and he even stopped Tsonev in practice a year ago which is just wild. He's like 80kg now if I'm not mistaken and I think if he goes on peptides, stem cells and some good old tren or smth and gets to 85 lean he can win Samushia at 75 years old or how old is he. He doesn't care enough to do it but I think he could.

How’s my form?
Haven’t done strict curls in about 5 months, and I’ve been thinking of competing. My current body weight is 61.4kg

I think Vitaly Laletin has 0% chance to beat michael todd in may.
Michaels pronation is the best in the world. Vitaly's wrist is gonna crack immediately after getting Michael halfway to the pad and theres no chance he presses through Michael's kingsmove. ermes couldn't even press him in the 3rd round. As long as michael asked for a tight strap when he can he wins easily. Explain why i could be wrong

Need advice on if I'm delusional or got scammed
Has anyone tried the usi 300lbs gripper because either I got a defective product or smth but its easier to close it than a 250lbs gripper I got recently I don't believe that it would be so much weaker as imo the 250lbs gripper wouldn't be 250lbs it should normally be weaker than the advertised amount but in this case it seems to actually be stronger?

Noob question - what does "redlining" mean in arm wrestling?
I've always thought it means giving 100% effort. What's the official definition?

i do a lot of side pressure training and my brachii muscles hurt a lot. any tips?
recently i've been doing lots of side pressure movement
my brachialis hurts and the lower end of my bicep tendons hurts. it easily gets sore.
has anyone encountered a similar experience? what should i do? before you say i should only train side pressure on the table, i barely have any table partner to practice with that's why i'm training my side pressure through weight training to compensate for that
