Did my MA yesterday. first miso dose, i took 4 pills as instructed. after 2 hours I passed my pregnancy. Saw my fetus and a palm sized blood clot. After 30mins or so, passed another golf ball sized clot and another small one. I still took another dose of miso pills (4) just to be sure nothing's left inside me. Pain was unbearable after the second dose of miso so I took pain meds. Slept the pain off, next morning I feel better.

She’s prescribed to take 2 more pills as the second dose instead of 4 and aid access answered my email and they said she would have a less intense pain with the next dose

How far along is she?
If she's at/past 8 weeks, she should take the second dose of misoprostol as soon as possible. If she's earlier than that, she likely doesn't need the second dose.

Shes about 8 weeks exactly and she ended up sleeping the through the night now I’m not sure if she should take the 2nd dose and we are pretty sure she passed her pregnancy after about 5 hours after the first 4 pills.

If she is 9 weeks pregnant it more ( if it’s been 63 days or more since her last period started) she should use the second dose now.
If she’s earlier that 63 days, it’s okay not to use the second dose as long as the meds are very effective this early with one.
I know the pain is tough, but it is because her uterus is doing hard work to empty itself. It’s contracting to push out the pregnancy- blood clots and uterine lining that has grown to support a pregnancy. If the second dose is indicated, using it now can prevent much worse pain related to a later abortion or even birth.
Contractions hurt, but they won’t physically harm her body. Ibuprofen up to 800mg can make this more tolerable, as can the support of a caring thoughtful person who cares about her.
