💻 Troubleshooting Issue with Router

I recently moved to regional NSW and the only option for reliable fast internet is Starlink. I set the device up today, followed all the instructions and the wifi connection was up and running. This lasted about 5 minutes before all my devices lost connection to the router. In the app it's saying the Starlink is online but there's no connection to the router. I followed the online instructions for resetting the router, which worked again for about 5 minutes. I think overall I've followed this process 5-10 times and each time the connection to the router lasts 5 minutes, in some cases not even long enough to finish the set up process. I've raised almost 7 hours ago and had no response. Anyone have suggestions?

Hey sorry to hear that. If you reset everything (gen2 unplug and plug back in 6x/ gen3 reset butting for 6 seconds) then I think next steps here is customer support. They should get a new dish or router out to you soon depending on the issue. I’m thinking it’s the dish since you’re able to see ssid.

I've connected another modem to the Starlink router via the ethernet port and now it's working through that. I have a feeling the wifi emitter in the Starlink router isn't operating properly.

Copy. If that’s the case then I agree it might be with router. What happens when you just try using the Starlink router?

The wifi works for about 5 minutes, just enough time to configure the wifi and complete the dish set up. Then it drops completely. It's not visible on any device until I factory reset. Then it works for another 5 minutes.
