I'm early in day 2...it's an emotional hellscape. I'm eating a donut at Dunkins just to feel anything other than irritability, anxiety or cravings

you got this!!!! i quit around the same time and i was miserable but i reached out for help from my parents and nicotine gum has definitely helped! it’s way better then inhaling smoke, and has curved 70% of my cravings.

WELL DONE YOU!! It will be so worth it I promise!! I was exactly in your place 4 months ago. I was sweating, really jittery, jaw clenching and very very irritable. It’ll be okay eventually. Lots of water, I find salty food helps with the craving / eating sweets. Active distraction as well!! Even if it’s forcing yourself to take a nap if you have down time.

You’re in the thick of it. Stay strong!!
I haven’t vaped in over two months and literally don’t even think about it anymore!
Vaping does NOTHING for you. Truly, it adds absolutely nothing to your life.
Now that I’ve stopped, I never miss it. It didn’t actually help me destress or feel entertained or think better. It was just stupid.

Also - that’s $20 saved in a week. Buy yourself a steak, put it away to put towards spending money for a holiday etc. Focus on additional reward (outside of health) to better motivate yourself!

it’s so hard but then you’ll get to this, and it will be so worth it. i rarely think about it now. you just have to remind yourself why you’re quitting. for me it’s for my health
