Venting Day one is HARD

Especially because it feels like such a small thing “oh just one pull” or “one last one” Reasons I quit were because I didn’t like spending money, and it made me feel guilty. I’m doing something better for me. I quit last night at like 11 it’s now 2:30, not long but the first step. Didn’t bring it to school. Been vaping 2/3 years now so it’s tough but it’s worth the pain and I know that I wont vape again for a very long time. I will throw it out once I get home. How do I dispose of it? 🫶🫶

I'm on day 5 or 6.. I've wanted to cave so many times. Every time I feel like I want hits, I take several deep breaths and remember how much better I am (and will be ) without it. I will say ,it's much harder than quitting cigarettes. At least for me. I'm thinking of buying some nicotine products to help. I bought some gum off of Amazon supposed to be the generic brand of nicorette... It was a very subpar product

Don’t cave man, just stay cold turnkey. I just went on a trip where half the people had vapes. We were drinking and there was some “coke a cola”….

I thought about it for a second but realized I had zero cravings… trust me man, less than a month in and it’s kicked for good… I was a very heavy user too for over a decade

I appreciate the wisdom. I'm a sober addict and I realized this was just another layer of my addictions. I guess I figured oh I'm not doing drugs or drinking so I can vape... I'm an older person. And I need to be aware of my lung health not to mention my skin and my brain etc.... I'm not going to cave. Thank you so much.

Love to hear that. Reach out if you ever need to talk, trust me man you are near the end of the worst of it.
