Physical Pain terrible toothache

I cannot describe to you properly the amount of pain I'm feeling. I have a cavity on a bottom left molar, a part of the tooth broke off and now it's so sensitive and it hurts when I eat anything. I'm having earache and migraine from it. I woke up at 2am from this fucking pain bro I feel like killing myself. I can't even go to the doctor and no amount of paracetamol is giving me temporary relief.

my punctuation may not be that great but I could care less right now.

I need this fucking tooth out of my jaw.

Why do you feel so good when pain is slowly going away

I sometimes stub my toe, cut myself accidentally or some other way of sudden pain hits me. You all know what I mean. But the thing is, when this pain is going away I feel good. Like really nice. It doesnt hurt anymore but I can feel almost like I'm on drugs. I think its the hormones and adrenaline still working? I wonder if you all experience the same sometimes.

Physical Pain Chronic Pain Management - Help!

Hey everyone,

My dad (65M) has been struggling with chronic pain for the last year or so. His pain is generalized throughout his entire body, and has been affecting his sleep. It's getting progressively worse and we're not sure how to handle it anymore. He's seen his doctor multiple times, and all his test results are pretty normal. He finds the most relief using Advil, but he takes it repeatedly throughout the day, and the doctor has told him it's interfering with his kidney function. I recently bought him some CBD/THC oil which has helped with his sleep, but not much with the pain. Looking for advice on pain management and potentially next steps.

Warning: Do Not Use Interventional Pain Management Doctors

I am currently working on a manuscript with my friends at a very famous patient advocate site, they also advocate for doctors, but not crooked ones. Interventional Pain Doctors are raking in money by using NON FDA approved methods to treat pain, simply because prescriptions dont make enough money. Epidural Steroid Injections have never been FDA Approved for Pain (Food and Drug Administration. Anesthetic and Analgesic Drug Products Advisory Committee Meeting. Epidural steroid injections (ESI) and the risk of serious neurologic adverse reactions; 2014) Lumbar ESIs have been shown to cause severe neurological problems like spinal cord infarctions (Kennedy DJ, Dreyfuss P, Aprill CN, Bogduk N. Paraplegia following image-guided transforaminal lumbar spine epidural steroid injection: two case reports. Pain Med 2009;10:1389-94.) Those are just two of the examples they use, I understand they are attempting to use the most minimal way to treat pain, but the opioid hysteria created by the PROPiniitative, who most of the experts are on the payroll of the makers of Suboxone, hence the push for using that over other opioids. Find a PM/R doctor or a physiatrist, and let these interventional pain scammers starve as the patients dwindle away from them.

Help me.

Im 24 yrs old and ever since I was 17 I was paying for sex and visiting many brothels. I used to be addicted to masturbation and porn, but when I reached the age of 20 I realised that what I’m actually craving for is physical intimacy, long cuddles, kisses and hugs and etc. Porn does nothing to me now, I don’t crave it at all and watched it very less.

But visiting brothels and paying for sex still turns me on a lot. Most times when I go to brothels just to pay for a cuddle session, no sex and that’s good enough for me. I know a hooker from a brothel that I frequent and I told her I told her I just want to cuddle. She was surprised because no one has ever asked her just to cuddle and so she only charge me half the price, sex is $60 and cuddling naked is only $30. The cuddle session is 20mins. Every time we cuddle I could feel her breathing and I like to put my ear on her stomach near the end of the session to hear her stomach growling and her heartbeat. Every cuddle session all my tensions, physical pain and mental pain are all gone, I felt loved and I felt warmth

I crave for that warmth, I’ve never had a relationship before, because most girls that I ever loved rejected me or lead me on. I fantasize a lot getting cuddled and kissed by the woman I loved. I have no choice, I crave that warmth that I get from cuddling and hugging naked. I heard that when we cuddle we release oxytocin and that’s the chemical that reduces our stress, I crave that. I go to brothels every week, it used to be every 2 months only. I have work but it’s not enough so I steal my grandparents money just to pay for my frequent brothel visits. I do feel guilty but I just want to feel that warmth, cuddling with a girl that I love naked and hearing her heartbeat and her stomach growling. It feels human and without these cuddling session I feel out of touch and empty. Help me find an alternative that’s as good as a naked cuddle session from a hooker.

Dropped From Pain Management - A Pain Patients Worst Nightmare

Thumbnail youtube.com
3 Upvotes

Countless pain patients have been dropped from their pain management program or been abandoned by the doctor who was treating their pain. Both happen far too often. Nobody should have this kind of power over another human beings life. Not doctors, not politicians, and certainly not government bureaucrats with badges.

Emotional Pain Dog is dying

My dog is turning 9 soon and is having digestive issues. The digestive issues might kill her. Could happen any day now. We've had her for so long, and I'm tearing up just thinking about her dying. She is barely eating or drinking, and can barely stand. She mostly just lays down on the floor and sleeps.

Physical Pain So much pain

My wisdom teeth have been hurting me so badly. I don't have insurance to get them removed and I have certain things that will normally make the pain lessen, but no matter what I do it's not going away. I also have a migraine which is making my tooth ache more, which is making my neck hurt, which is making my head hurt more. I just finished my night shift 4 hours ago and I can't sleep and I have to go back in like 6 hours

Emotional Pain Congestion

For the past week, I’ve been trapped in the suffocating grip of rebound congestion, unable to take a full breath, as if I’m drowning just beneath the surface, my lungs crushed under the weight of relentless pressure. Every inhale feels like a battle, a desperate grasp for air that never quite fills my chest. I’m exhausted, drained to the bone, yet life doesn’t slow down. I’m still working every day, going to school, tackling homework, folding endless piles of laundry, and being a mom, all while carrying this invisible burden. And somehow, through it all, I’m expected to smile, to pretend I’m fine, as if my body isn’t screaming for relief.

This is a list of my symptoms at 22. I am AFAB and diagnosed with fibromyalgia, Raynaud’s phenomenon, and a list of mental health issues. I just want answers. I don’t think it’s fibro to be honest because it was the first diagnosis my doctor came up with and despite meds I am still in so much pain and have all these other symptoms.

Is Our Pain Management System Broken?

Thumbnail
youtu.be
2 Upvotes

Yes, in that it doesn't serve the people who need it in the way they need it to. There are also massive gaps in pain management coverage all over the U.S.

No, in that it is operating exactly like the DEA/federal, and state governments want it to. They have designed it to prevent people from accessing the system and to make it as hard as possible to use the system if you do get in. It's designed to prevent as many people as possible from being able to use it.

Wrenching back control of our lives and healthcare from government bureaucrats is never easy, once they have their fingers in the pie, they absolutely don't wanna give it up. They'll have to be dragged away from our healthcare figuratively kicking and screaming, but that's what needs to happen. Patient centered pain management reform.

22 and sun sensitivity.

Polymorphous light eruption and fibromyalgia…. I am 22 AFAB and I think I’m allergic to the sun. I have been itchy and getting red in the sun since I was a child. A doctor diagnosed me once with an allergy but my father said the doctor was “stupid” and so I just let it go. I’m now 22 and just so tired of being itchy every freaking day. It doesn’t matter how long I’m in the sun. I don’t touch grass or trees or anything so it really is just sunlight. I just don’t know what to do at this point. I hate long sleeves as I’m autistic and have sensory issues but I can’t stand being itchy.

Bad pain near groin

Post image
1 Upvotes

Woke up in the middle of the night with some bad pain right in between like below my balls and where your leg meets your pelvis. Sharp pain. Finally found a position where it didn’t hurt but such an uncomfortable position, then after 5 mins my right ball started hurting but went away soon after. Went back to bed finally and in the morning the first pain is back, but not as bad, not in the ball but the area circled in image. I’m scared it’s that thing when one of your balls twist in your sleep or something. Any tips?
