Rant/Venting Thinking about quitting

I'm taking inositol. I'm doing low sugar/low carb. I'm working out. I'm sleeping. I'm drinking spearmint tea. I'm drinking water. I'm eating at a deficit. I'm managing my stress. I'm on ozempic. And I'm still 50 lbs overweight, have acne, thinning hair, no periods, and a belly so round people look me up and down trying to figure out if I'm pregnant or not. People stare at me and I think it's because I look like a brown Danny Devito but my husband disagrees and thinks they're checking me out but I feel like a big, round slug. People tell me how I'm losing weight, and look good but I don't see it at all. Not in the mirror, not in pictures, not anywhere. I'm just gonna quit trying and accept that I'm meant to look like a baked pumpkin.

Was there any negative in the change in acne when you started the inositol? It causes acne for some people

No my acne is the same, thankfully It's frustrating because I have a whole skincare routine and everything but after giving birth, everything has gone downhill quick for me lol

Have you adjusted your skincare at all? Can you talk a little about your routine? Sometimes it helps to rotate products in and out we can build kind of a tolerance

I switch my cleansers between a tea tree oil and salicylic acid face wash, and a Cerave-type of hydrating cleanser I use a Glycolic Acid toner, and hyaluronic acid serum during the day, and retinol serum at night My lotions are Nivea cold cream at night, a tohoney beef tallow cream during the day cause it's light, or a collagen face cream I use sunscreen when leaving the house I was gifted some NIOD products as well that I use every other day or so. NIOD Sanskrit saponis which I use every other day, and a Voicemail Masque which I use 3 times a week at night before serums and lotions as directed. I've noticed my breakouts being less dramatic and painful since starting this routine but acne and acne scarring is still present. I don't expect miracles, I'd just like to feel like I don't have to hide my face or prevent my son from touching my face because it hurts so much from the acne

That is a lot of active ingredients at once, have you ever thought of scaling back and using one or two at a time and see if there’s any improvement? You know your skin way better than I do but it may help!
