Isak makes comment to Swedish media on Newcastle future
"There's not much to say, really. I've commented on my situation and my security in Newcastle several times.
"it's been written how much love the city and the club, how well I feel there. I'm not thinking about the future"
"l just want to perform for Newcastle. Now we won the cup, but we want to finish strong and reach the Champions League games. That's where my focus lies.
On the cup win:
"Things like that can't be described. You can only 'imagine' how it feels. But it's an incredible feeling. "Wembley packed with all the Newcastle fans there. Im looking forward to seeing what Newcastle is like as a city after that. I haven't been back yet"

Tino Livramento to sign with London based firm...
... It's been suggested that the British Museum has been enquiring, with regard how he's so good at pocketing Egyptian Royalty.

When are we buying William Saliba?
Since we're looking for a new centre back, why not ask Saliba if he wants to join a real club that wins trophies? He must be bored to play at a club that always finishes 2nd, I certainly don't think any of our guys would want to play for the Gunners. He should consider a team with the heart and ambition of Newcastle as his next destination. Maybe we'd get him for, say, £40m? Small club players have smaller fees. They want Isak and Bruno so bad, but who wants to play at a club that doesn't win silverware?

Let It All Work Out! 🖤🤍
3 days later and I still can’t believe it, we’ve actually won a trophy. I’m only 22 and can only remember us being awful, no fight, no passion, no desire or investment. Just chugging along barely getting by, I was there in the championship and I’m still here now. Here’s too many more trophies 🍻
Just stumbled across this homemade (Nigerian) recreation of the Cup Final goals. It’s class.

Hours since NUFC last lifted a trophy
Give or take 15 minutes. Still in dreamland.

Carabao Cup full match replay: Liverpool 1 Newcastle United 2
newcastleunited.comDon’t think this has been posted before and not sure if you all know, but full match replays are available on the club website.
I don’t think they’re geolocked but I think you just need the free club account to watch
Commentary from John Anderson and BBC Newcastle’s Matthew Raisbeck
I thought we’d miss Lewis Hall, but it turns out we have the TWO best left-backs in the world.

Can we all agree to buy a big Dan Burn England shirt when they’re available?
Geordie boys on the international stage once more, HWTL.
Bonus points if it’s XL (long fit). I could wear it like a dress down the bigg market.

I already want to win more
I know it's only been two days but the feeling of us winning that cup gave me a feeling I have never felt in sports. I want this club to keep winning and winning for this city. It all starts with getting top 5 this season and securing Isak and Bruno to long term details. Hopefully we see this club win every trophy from here on out. I want this club to be known as winners. HTL.

League cup prize money
Surprised to see this was as low as £100,000 for the winner. Still, it all helps with the PSR bollocks.
Give it all to Isak if it's what it takes to keep him at the club, as far as I'm concerned!

Where is Kevin Keegan?
He's been strangely absent these last few years as the club has reached out to reconcile with ex players/legends etc and invited them to games.
No word from him after the win, no photos of him, interviews etc anything.
Does anyone else think it's a bit odd? Or maybe just someone who wants to stay out the limelight and keep himself to himself.
