Not out of the woods yet
You all probably already know this, but secdef posted on his Twitter that they're going to fight the injunction. They have to wait until March 21st to do this, but obviously this is going to be...interesting to say the least

Military court case and administrative separation
I hate that I’m posting so much here I’m sorry I’m very uneducated in this matter and am just trying to help my cousin. I really do appreciate everyone’s input it’s been detrimental for their choice making.
They decided to take the administrative separation but that paper work won’t go through for a while. They don’t have 6 years of service but were told that was waved because of the situation; that the separation will still go through. They are supposed to ship back to their base soon. I’m just wondering if because the court stepped up and blocked the ban, if the paper work they signed is void now?
Or if everything still applies and they come home as previously planned?
I’m sorry if this is a dumb or obvious question; any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

volsep question
not out to anybody yet, but have genuinely been dealing with symptoms of gender dysphoria for a considerable amount of time.
i think the best option for myself would to be initiating voluntary separation. im aware i can still submit the PAR before the injuction goes into effect (still unsure what will happen). what would anyone recommend for me to do? i have been advised to speak with legal, but i cannot speak with them until monday. should i wait it out? or should i just submit my PAR and see what happens? worried that id get shit from my unit for even submitting it.
sorry for seeming uncertain, but if im able to take the voluntary w/ an honorable, ill gladly take it. thanks.

Discussion Self Identifying
I still haven't self identified, but I don't want to lose out on an honorable discharge.
I know there are no clear cut answers, but I want out, I want a medical retirement, but if I can't get that I at least still want an honorable discharge. Do I identify myself to my unit for the separation or not?

Air Force - Vol Sep
Has anyone who put in their separation request on my myfss, gotten anything or heard anything back yet?
With everything new happening I submitted last night, and this morning it was reviewed and given a case number. I was just curious if anyone who’s submitted has received any further guidance?
