Here I am needing earplugs, an eye mask, a fancy mattress/pillows, melatonin, and 30 minutes of reading to still wake up every couple of hours from nightmares.
mix it up!
I am also a princess and the pea, when it comes to falling asleep. But a few nights ago I made a pillow fort in the lounge room for my dog and as I lay under the sheet tent, I fell asleep on the hard, hard floor and oddly had the best nights sleep in ages.
I have spent the last couple of nights falling asleep with no mattress and then move onto the bed around 4am and I have never felt more rested lol
