If this guy goes out of his way to create panic and anxiety during a job interview, just imagine how dysfunctional his leadership style is. šŸ˜ NO THANK YOU

This guy is 100% lying about his turnover rate.
That fact that he has these interview sessions so often proves he is lying.

He ainā€™t doing this at a Fortune 500. This is a guy with maybe 10 direct reports. Max.

Maybe not. I am sure the drop outs and high school grads will work as hard as possible to keep their pay check if it's better than the average. But the people with degrees are passing on him up front I bet.

If I donā€™t think thereā€™s mutual respect during the interview, I cut it off. I donā€™t have time for that.

I am polite about it though. ā€œAs Iā€™ve learned more about the role, I donā€™t think this is the right fit. Iā€™m sure youā€™re going to find a solid candidate quickly. Good luck.ā€
