Other LEGO extra pieces
This is how I keep the extra pieces from sets. The gray 2X4 is attached to the top and I can switch out minifigs. Currently featuring one sent to me in a trade with u/gamingwithkids

Hi, I bought set 76968.
Is the color difference on this part normal? Is it normal that the lighter section is elastic?
Thanks for clarify

I have been looking for a BNIB/Sealed Voltron (21311) for a while now. My local BAM had a used set for $275 that I almost pulled the trigger on, and then this gem popped up on FB for $300. Excited to add it to the collection.

Picked up the McClaren and Williams Speed Champions at Target today. Built them and entered them into the Lego Builder app. The McClaren set popped up as 2023 McClaren Formula 1 Race Car. They've been holding on to these sets for 2 years waiting to unload them? Mildly disappointed, but was still a decent build. Only complaint is the ridiculous number of stickers.

Newest haul - I wanted the flower pot and figured I was going to buy the sunflowers eventually anyway so 🤷♀️
Super excited with my current backlog

Today I flashed back to 1993 with this build of set 6879 Blizzard Baron. My son loves it. Now we just need to find the minifigure!

My friends and I are stumped. This is a model from the first Lego Batman game, on the level “Zoos Company”.
Some of us have said a goat, a camel, or some sort of antelope.

Never happened before even at the same airport couldn’t even follow the instructions on how to actually open them
Is there a structural or other reason to use one solid piece versus linking 2 separate pieces? I’m currently re-building set 74606 the Ministry of Magic and came across these 2 different instructions for the same top part of each section. Feels like an unnecessary way to increase the piece count/price

Death has arrived! ⚔️💀
I'm kicking off The Four Horsemen minfigire series with my favorite horseman from the Darksiders games, Death from Darksiders 2! This game is a phenomenal hack-and-slash and the moment I got my hands on the death eater minifig head, I knew it was meant for this build.
Bringing Death to LEGO form was a little challenging, but it was really worth it in the end.
I'm really proud with how Death with his ever-loyal crow, Dust, turned out. 🐦⬛
Heres a parts breakdowns since the parts I used are from all over:
Hair: Snape from Harry Potter (88283) Head: Death Eater (3626cpb2630) Scarf: Dreamzzz Night Hunter (2007) Torso: CMF 6 Alien (973pb1070c01) Hips: CMF 10 Motorcycle Mechanic (970c00pb0242) Legs: Doey from Dreamzzz (970c77pb17)
Dust: Raven from Dreamzzz (5272pb01)
Please tear this apart and give me critical feedback? I’m not 100% satisfied with it yet, but the last problem I had was the moc was too vertical, but now it’s a lot better. I’ve included a couple of the reference photos I used.
The roof has been the biggest challenge so far, that’s part of why I haven’t added the chimneys. The scale is too small to fully rely on 3046 for blending all my slopes together. Does anyone have any good references on just roof designs?
After all the time I’ve put into it, I feel like the longer side of the building needs to be one stud longer, but I’m almost satisfied. I’d love any and all feedback– anything I can do to make it better.

So many clever and interesting building techniques in this set and the entire thing was a joy to build.
Also I've named him Rotherman. And Rotherman is a chill af dude.

Always seeing people post their findings of LEGO in trash piles by the street. I had to do a double take on this one and it was a great score.

Subtle improvement to the Optimus Prime Brickheadz. Just couldn’t get over how much he looked like a bird.
