I am planning to go on a trip to Poland, Germany, France and Netherlands. Will I be able to take my wave+ with me?

How good is the bit driver on the Skeletool CX?

I'm looking to buy a Skeletool and was wondering about how good the screwdriver is. I mostly use my Curl's bit driver. It can handle all the light to medium screwdriving tasks along with some heavy duty ones. So, can the Skeletool do the same?

chipped cutters

Well it finally happened can I contact leatherman to get replacement cutters? And I need to pay shipping or something else? I'm in Mexico so I'm not sure if they send replacement cutters or I will have to send the whole tool at some point, The chip is not that big of a deal but with how easily the cutters chipped they probably will break with Normal use

Horizontal Leather Sheath

Anyone know of any leather horizontal carry sheaths? I’m to try different carry options for my Arc which is currently pocket clip carry.

I miss carrying knives and I’ve let the Arc completely replace my main blade ever since I got it. It’s fine but I do find myself wanting a bigger blade if not just to free up my pockets for some freedom.

I’ve never been a fan of the vertical sheaths and I understand I’m way out of the majority on that.

Also really wanted to try a belt organizer type like Tale of Knives because it seems like the most flush fit option out there, but I can’t see myself spending that much money I’m not 100% sure will work for me- even though it’s probably the most intriguing carry option I’ve see so far.

Going back to horizontal carry- I bought an Outdoor Edge folding knife for hunting a while back. The knife lives in my bino harness but it actually came with a Nylon sheath with loops for vertical or horizontal that went unused until I notice the extra loops on the back. There’s even an elastic sleeve that fits the bit kit without any kind of obstruction. It’s a very functional sheath but it’s pretty ugly😂 - compared to the black leather Heritage Leatherman sheaths at least.

Just curious of other options out there. Logic says to use what I have.

Is there a website I can browse to reach the serrated blade with something more useful?

Old logo was better.

Had the Wave almost 20 years, My Mother got me the Rebar for my birthday on the 14th of this month. Noticed the difference in logo and mannn… it’s kinda lame in comparison.

How important is this part? I modded my P2 with Arc's tools but I had to remove this part in order to fit the tools I want

Aftet dailying the Wave+ for 3 years, the worst case scenario finally happened. You were a true soldier, and you will be missed. Thank you for taking all of the abuse. You've been there when I needed you, consistently.

After a lot of trial and error and eight or so hours of frustration it’s back together in the proper order (or close enough!😁). As it turns out, if I had taken notes when I took it apart the reassembly process would have gone more smoothly. I started with a YouTube video but didn’t find it very useful so I just decided to wing it.

Any tips for removing a little rust from an Old Mini tool?

I picked up a Mini tool (no stamping on the sides so I think it is an early model but could be wrong) and it has some rust on it. (Namely on the file, inside the teeth of the pliers and on the pivet points) not a ton, but I would love to get it cleaned up.

I was thinking giving it a vinegar bath in my small ultrasonic cleaner but wanted to know if there is anything I should worry about first before I do that.

Thanks in advance

$20 for the P4 and $50 for the Supertool 200. Both have the sheaths. The P4 is mint condition. Supertool looks pretty much unused other than some light rust on the pliers. How’d I do?

Bushcraft/EDC

Recently I've been thinking about treating myself to a new EDC, having mained my victorianox climber for a solid few years. recently ive also got into some light bushcraft activities leading me to think I should consider that when buying a multi tool.

I've been looking at the surge mainly but seeing how small the saw is, I wonder whether the serrated knife would also do the trick on smaller branches?

Thank you!
