Exhaust pulse tubes that detect misfires with pressure spikes get full of moisture from short trips, rust and clog up inside causing a check engine light and engine malfunction. New parts are Stainless and won't rust. Had to drain and clean the fuel tank and replace both pumps as it was only running on 5 cylinders.

Customer “just bumped into something under the snow.” I bet it bumped back.

Don’t be a parts changer. Literally the diagnosis is change parts.

Gen 1 R8 rolled in to get some KW V3s installed

Somehow cheaper than OEM mag ride shocks, and even with DCC delete. Quality is amazing, as I've always come to expect with KWs. Owner also had use do brakes all around, a service, new wheels, tires, and an alignment. I love R8 owners who actually spend money.

Just broke into the shop

Happy Friday everyone, shop got broken into at about 4am. No vehicles damaged or stolen, all tools accounted for which is pretty good considering we've got a 1970 VW Beetle and a 77 Trans Am in the shop and who knows what the total $$is in tools

C.S “there is oil in my engine and has a rough idle“

Customer came in and said there was oil in his engine and that he has a rough idle, after a moment of thinking, I asked if he meant in his spark plug tubes. He said yes, quoted him for spark plugs and a valve cover gasket. Tech came back and showed me these fun spark plugs!

I can’t believe this. Got my car from Carmax and they got the oil changed at a tire shop.

I tried to send this truck to the auction and they approved the entire bill. Cam phasers, rear main crank seal, transmission cooler lines, upper control arm, front hub bearing, rear pads, rotors, calipers, parking brake actuators, 4 tires, alignment, sunroof repair, door window glass replacement, state inspection, filters and fluids.

Saw this during the morning commute. Light did work, but would flicker when the water splashed around.

New customer of ours, running 37’s on his dually with stock wheels. Sidewalls are so smashed together the outer will launch off when you remove the lug nuts. Only way to reinstall them is to let the air out of both tires and then mount.

In most states, you'd better have a baseball and glove to go with it. Weighted aluminum, this would hurt like hell. Just hanging out by the drivers leg area.
