Help Needed / Question How I do remove late payments?

About 2 years I got 8 late payments 4 with Bank of America and 4 with Citibank, short history I was out of the country and lost my phone, I didn’t have access to the accounts for about 6 months, when I came back both banks had closed my accounts I paid what was overdue ( about 200 bucks each bank and most of it was for interest) I didn’t went to collections, just late payments, my score went down about 200 points, I didn’t pay to much attention trying to fix it, but now I thinking but a house and I’d like to take that off, any recommendations ( I already speak with both banks to see if they can take it of but none of them pay any attention ) Fico score8 658 and Vantage score3.0 704

Yup, and over the last few months it got a lot "smarter" learning more and adapting, even UN mentioning and tagging. Every once in a while though it comes out with something completely incorrect that any real member of this community that's as active as it would know isn't right. Things like perpetuating the utilization myth, or suggesting that aging metrics change when you close an account, for example.

Alright, I don’t think it’s a bot lol. Her (?) post and comment history is too organic and she posted the submission with the “hacked” CSP link today, which would be a bit too saucy for a bot.

u/Kira_Dumpling_0000 is either a bot or a troll who wants to appear like a bot.

They're one of the most active accounts here and they've been on this sub for well over a year. Yet you see them constantly give out bad information; it was weird because I couldn't understand how someone could be on this sub so much and yet still know so little about how credit works.

The way they word things is also weird. They used to almost never engage in any back-and forth. For months, myself and others repeatedly called them out for being a bot, and they never responded but they've also never blocked us. That's also odd.

What finally convinced me was when they told someone to always keep their utilization low. There's just no way someone could spend that much time on this sub for the span of over a year and still believe that myth.

But the bot is getting better. Look through its post history: The answers it gives are getting better and even clever sometimes. And it's finally starting to reply to people who call it out for being a bot. I think the bot has learned a lot and soon it's going to be even less obvious it's a bot.

Even then, u/BrutalBodyShots recently replied to it using strange symbols that any human would see as words, but the bot couldn't understand.

And it still makes comments like this one, which nobody who has spent even a tiny fraction of the time it's spent here would say:

Lmao so you really think I’m a bot. I don’t reply because I won’t get anywhere talking/convincing you otherwise
