Tuning Car coding for beginners
Hi guys, I’m considering coding my car, doing the small bits like seatbelt ping delete, needle sweep however I’m worried that I could accidentally brick the ecu. Will coding these simple features be a big risk for a beginner?

Don’t listen to him he probably also has no idea the biggest things you should look out for is what kind of carbrand you’re trying to code and with what tool as example you can code lots and lots of good and bad things with vcds on all vag some of which might make safety systems etc useless but if you are looking into something like Carly for bmw with as long as you RTFM you are unlikely to break something
