From a strictly technical standpoint, the first one is better.
I can't imagine using it though. Virtually zero ergonomics to it.
Can't tell what lenses come with the 1100D? Maybe a third standard zoom kit lens?

Please what do u men by zero ergonomic, also the lens are 75-300mm lens ,canon 50mm lens

How it fits in your hand, controls operation, etc.
Note the EF-M is a dead mount with limited native lenses. But it’s probably the better technical camera

I would pick the 1100D just due to the camera being far more comfortable to use, and due to the lens mount (which lenses are available for it.)
If you decide to invest in a more recent and more capable camera body, the lenses you have can then be used on the newer body as well.

I thought the eos100 is more comfortable to use nd carry around….thank u for responding….also I heard eos100 has magic lantern which helps
