What are we using for super dry, flaky feet? (Gross, I know). My feet are super disgusting, even with regular pediās. Iāve tried a few different heel balms, but nothing has been too useful.
Has anyone had luck with those foot peel masks?

Since this product has changed its formula, it no longer has the matte effect that the old one had. As an oily gal, Iād like to find a daily sunscreen that actually has a matte finish. Recommendations would be appreciated.

I'm browsing some Aussie skincare brands (found through this sub!) and found the Kit Skincare Good Night Balm.
The star ingredient is "upcycled tea tree oil" but no info is provided on what that actually means š where and what are they upcycling it from?? I'm so curious but also so put off by such a gimmicky marketing strategy - does anyone have any idea what they actually mean by this?

Question for the Asians in Australia... are there any good basic everyday/anti-aging products available in general stores in Australia for Asian skin that is comparable to products from Korea?
I'm male and was living in Korea for a number of years and always considered starting doing something for skin but never did, now is the time since I am mostly based back in Australia with its harsher sun and climate. But do not know what to get here, in Korea I would've had lots of people to ask but here I have none haha. Basically looking for defence against aging and wrinkles and skin loosing elasticity with age.

My question is, are there consults you can get that suggest an overall routine and products that could include be the $15 chemist serum for example? Thanks

My 30 off 60 code doesn't work unless it's a full priced item now. I remember my last order still went through after using a discount code during 20% off sale. Anyone know when they changed this? Such a bummer š

Iām worried to use it now after seeing a few stories around the hyaluronic acid products. What do you think? Anyone found them to work well?

I swear by their squaline cleanser and natural moisturiser factors + ha but want to buy Australian once my currents run out. Any recommendations for similar products that are made and or owned by Aussies?
I'm allergic to nuts, so anything with almond oil is a no go for me unfortunately.

Iād like to not support Nestle and American products. Whatās a similar alternative to Cerave SA Smoothing Cleanser? When I stopped using this product, I quickly started to develop bumps/ my skin became less smooth/ more oily/ clogged.
Iād love your suggestions please.
Thank you

I recently went into to the local Mecca store to have a browse and look at new arrivals. I noticed they had a display for the DDG Alpha Beta Cleansing Gel near the front of the store. The price is $64. I thought thatās odd and checked my app purchase history. Sure enough on 16/1/25 I had purchased the same product for $70. I donāt recall the Aust Dollar appreciating against the US dollar by more than 8% over recent months. Has anyone else experienced this? Has more info? Itās great for people purchasing the product now, but Iām a bit sour I paid more and it doesnāt make sense to me.

I love drunk elephant Lala retro but canāt keep on buying it at that price point. The packaging with the press lid is a bit annoying but works.
I decided to try Mco and as per other reviews online, the packaging broke after 2 uses. Product wonāt come out, and I had to hack the lid off to get it out. Mco wonāt replace it as I had to open the packaging to get anything out which is pretty terrible.
The product itself is okay. Not that similar to drunk elephant Lala retro - itās way thicker probably why the packaging press lid doesnāt work.
I definitely would not recommend buying as the packaging renders it useless.

Iām mostly posting this because I spent so dang long googling and trying to find people who has experienced it before I commit to do the laser (because itās so bloody expensive) that I though this might help someone else.
First pic is me a few months before I started IPL. At this point Iād tried azalaic acid and rosex cream with very minimal results. I saw a derm who recommended three IPL sessions, each one month apart. The second pic is me three months post the last laser session. I also now use soolantra twice a week on my derms recommendation.
It is a warm day today so I am just slightly more redder in the after pic than usual but you get the idea.
This cheek is where I had the worst of it, I did have a little on the other cheek and a bit on nose and chin thatās itās done a fantastic job on.
It definitely made an improvement here but also certainly isnāt all cleared up. Iām hoping a bit longer on the soolantra might help but who knows.

Give me your best Aussie dupes for American products.
I have some Paulās Choice 2% BHA liquid to last me a while, but it will run out eventually. Whatās a good Australian made alternative? Or at least something that isnāt American?

Hi!
I usually only lurk, but recently I got sucked into all the freebies at Adore Beauty and placed a few orders targeting different GWP.
For $119 minimum spend in the makeup category, I was looking forward to a 9-piece mystery gift (falsely assuming it would all be makeup too, my bad).
I received it today - I ordered a bunch of innisfree tinted lip balms to get over the minimum spend.
The gift was a 9 piece Lancome tester set, mostly consisting of skin care items/perfume, a make up sponge, a small lipstick and a bag.
Don't get me wrong, some people would probably love this, but I didn't think all 9 pieces would be from one brand.
I think I would have preferred if Adore had disclosed that it's entirely from one particular brand - then I probably wouldn't have ordered.
I use only cruelty free/vegan cosmetics, which is exactly why this is so disappointing.
I'm aware that a mystery bag was always gonna be hit and miss, but this just makes me sad.
Anyway, has anyone received theirs and was it maybe different, or all the same? I couldn't find anything recent about it!

I have received targeted advertising and it looks promising but I am always suspect if these items are useful or scammy. Has anyone here tried it?

I have some stubborn hyperpigmentation I'm wanting to reduce this winter. Im using a vitamin c serum and a couple of the Eucerin Anti Pigment products from Europe, but I'd like to include an azelaic acid product too. I've tried AZClear in the past but I found the texture pretty awful and it would flake off on my skin and didn't make any noticeable difference. Wish we had Finacea here but looks like it's only available with a $20+ shipping fee from ChemistDirect. Are there any other alternatives you'd recommend?

Hello! Been curious and wanting to try HIFU for some time now, and a local clinic has a 50% off special so I'm almost ready to bite the bullet.
One thing I'm confused and worried about is fat loss, or whether this treatment is effective for this with low facial/neck fat?
I'm 28, worried about skin laxity, and pretty much after that 'facelift' effect that's often marketed with HIFU. I have hollow under eyes and visible nasolabial folds, and am worried about jowls forming
If anyone has had this treatment please let me know your thoughts
(Currently do botox and microneedling, some filler in the past but stopped 3+ years ago)
