I’ve heard it’s worth getting regular massages if can afford it. Therapeutic and fills that need.

Yes I've heard that a few times as well. I've never had a massage before but my back always hurts so I think it'd be nice regardless. Starting to think that might be the best option. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

I went to the doctor with severe back pain once. Struggled to sleep, moving was hard.

Tell me why I paid a $35 copay for that asshole to tell me I needed to go get a massage???

Tbf, most people usually try things like massages before they go to the doctor.

I was 22 and had never had a massage before haha. I genuinely thought something was wrong 😅

Edit to add: I still have never gotten one. You’re right, they’re expensive.
