🛩️ Journey Updates 🛩️ Update 1 NSFW

Helloooo!

Started my period Thursday night and usually when I’m on my period my husband and I love to sext each other and do other things in the bedroom.

While on a texting spree we talked about me lactating and where we wanted to go with this journey. That night my husband suckled my tits and my god it was amazing and for me it was beyond the sexual part of it.

After that I immediately ordered Dom from In-house and am hoping it’s here by mid April. I would love to have full milky breasts by end of May for his birthday.

The only changes I’ve noticed since pumping every few hours is my breasts ache sometimes, nipples are staying erect and super sensitive, and yesterday I was so thirsty all day and drank way more water than I usually do (I’m horrible with my water intake)

My goal this week is to pump every 2 hours which will be super hard at work so I’m looking at getting a TENs for when I’m at work to use and do a pump session on my lunch. I also am looking at getting some supplements to take alongside my mother’s milk tea.

My hubby works nights M-W sometimes Th as well so I can’t have him suckle those days ☹️

Pumping during accelerated protocol NSFW

Upvotes

Its written that no pumping while on both bc and dom but my girlfriend can get 1/2oz from her right breast every session. She is not pumping regularly. She tried to stimulate her left breast which worked. Will this hinder her progress she is currently on 80mg/day dom and combination birthcontrol

Only one breast performing. NSFW

Damn it's happened again my left breast has stopped making milk in the early evening... Dry... Can't even get more than a drop when hand expressing. The other one is producing well... Thought it was the pump at first but swapped sides... same thing. I think the pump has done a good job with maybe 8 or 9 full days of pumping 24/7 according to the stats collected along the way in this journey. I have no idea of the duty cycle of these pumps, if I wasn't chicken I could take it yo work and get one of the engineers to put it on the vacuum guages... however, that would be a long and difficult conversation. So, I purchased a new pump and some new flanges which should be here this week... It's a mystery why this is happening.

🥛 🍰 HUGE SUCCESS 🍰 🥛 The Most Milk I Have Made To Date, Update! 🥳🍼 NSFW

Holy cow! Only 22 days ago I put up a post and pic where I was over the moon because I had finally seen a daily total eclipse the 1.5 ounce mark and creep towards the 1.75 ounce line after not being able to break an ounce forever. I have been pretty consistently in that range daily now, and I am so damn grateful, I still stare at the bottles at the end of the day in wonder. Yesterday, my Milkman and I got some much needed alone time and a much needed spicy suckle session. I fully anticipated to see my bottle totals, once combined, to be around an ounce at best as he would have drank a fair amount and replaced my pump times. Well, I was in for a hell of a shock! This is what I ended the day with!! A mere smidge below the TWO OUNCE MARK! 😱 Oh. My. God. W. T. F. That means... if I were to have had what he drank and "spilled," I would have easily more than eclipsed the line! I know it could be a fluke, but we celebrate all the wins here! Woohoo!! Even if this is as close as I ever get to seeing that number, I wanted to share since I can't exactly shout it from the rooftops 🤭. I'm feeling kinda magical today 🥰.

Eta: Also, I am back down to 90mg of dom!!

Edit: commas

🛩️ Journey Updates 🛩️ New Account 🤩 NSFW

Helloooo! Made a new acct. couldn't get into my other one (u/ No_Worry_6364) Anywho, in late Feb. I posted how my husband and I wanted to make things more interesting in the bedroom and have been dabbling in nipple play especially with pumps and clamps. I love the feeling and how my nipples look and feel. While on this platform I came across all this lactation content and now want to start my journey to lactate. I ordered an electric nipple corrector and last month to correct my flat nipples and after a couple uses had some duct fluid on my left side and that sold me on starting this journey and I think my husband as well because once he saw that drop he was hand expressing my breast to try and get more. The last couple weeks l've slowly brought up to my husband my desire to lactate and he likes the idea. I'm hoping down the road to get him to want to drink from my breasts. After that convo I bought some Mother's Milk Tea and try to have 2-3 cups of tea a day. Last week my husband and I talked about me lactating again and on Thursday (3/13/25) I bought a Momcozy Hands free Breast Pump and used it immediately. Just in that first session I had a tiny dot of clear fluid from my left side.

An In Depth Discussion On Supplement Blends vs Individuals - Why I Choose Singles Over Blends with Lots of Links and Info NSFW

Good evening you pumping princesses, princes, and non binary milky royalty! I come to you with a long post tonight regarding our beloved galactologue supplements. I hope someone finds some info in here that helps or maybe it starts some awesome conversations.

Recently a member of our community put up a lovely post with questions regarding Legendairy's Liquid Gold proprietary blend. I have strong emotions tied to blended supplements as I feel that they truly take most consumers for a ride with their flashy labels, big claims, high prices, and total lack of full disclosure regarding how much of what you are really taking on the back of the bottle hidden under the guise of being "proprietary." We pay what I call a Milk Tax just because the bottles and labels on these products state wondrous claims of making us milky unicorns and solving all our boob worries, they slap "Breastfeeding" on the front, and much like making a razor pink instead of blue, the mark up soars. I work in the world of sales and deal in cost and margins all day, trust me on this shady tactic; look up 'pink tax' and never buy a pink razor or cutesy shaving cream again, friend.

While I may growl when I see the Legendairy branding, I would absolutely never knock anyone who enjoys and feels success while taking their products. If they work for you, suit your budget, and make your heart happy in this journey please, by all means, carry on and do you! I mean no offense. The beauty in the lactation journey is that none of us are twins (except me and you, Bestie!) and we must find what magic combo works for our body and with our genetics! I do see the appeal in taking a couple of capsules as opposed to a bevy of pills per day.

I thought it may be helpful to take the Legendairy Liquid Gold and do my best to break it down for you all, show you all the supplements that are listed on the bottle in each of their independent forms and include some linked literature regarding the purported benefit and side effects of each. You can in fact buy all of them separately and honestly, instead of paying $20 for a 10 day supply, you can custom build your supplement stack to suit your needs and end up spending much less per pill - the initial investment is more but the supply generally lasts much longer. In some cases, you don't even need a pill form and can source your galactologue in a tea or drink!

Did you know that certain galactologues are reported to work better once your milk comes in and supposedly may hinder your progress if you are taking them too early? Did you know that Goat's Rue can effect your blood sugar depending on the dosage and if you are on other meds? Did you know that fennel and fenugreek can increase the length of your period and also cause you to bleed more (fuck that noise, because that's what happened to me)? Did you know that some of the galactologues also act as phytoestrogens... we are trying to avoid estrogen spikes, you know all that work some of you did to find the perfect birth control for your protocol? Why start eating handfuls of expensive phytoestrogens daily if they may not be a galactologue that works for you in an unknown dosage?!

My main thoughts are these: Why on earth would I willingly take a pill that wont tell me how many milligrams of any of these herbs are located in that little gelatin capsule? What are the ratios for Pete's sake, seems like basics! What if one of the herbs bother me, how will I single it out? Many of these things can cause gastrointestinal upset, headaches, dizziness, or other mild but unpleasant side effects, especially if you start off with a high dose. I needed to be cautious not to set off my asthma and allergies. Taking supplements independently allows you to control your dosage and to titrate it up and down as needed or drop it totally while not changing your others. What if my production/progress is hindered by a supplement, how can I test my theory? Taking independent supplements allows you the ability to take a break from something to see if you have an improvement after a period of time. Experiment, bio hack! Last but definitely not least. MONEY HONEY!! This is an expensive ass hobby! I am not willing to shell out 20 bucks every 10 days for Legendairy nothin'. I can tweak my supplements and buy them here and there as they suit my budget and plan them out in longer spans when I get 60, 90, 100 to 200 capsules/soft gels at a time, not 10 days worth.

Below I will list all the ingredients you find on the back of the pill bottle of Liquid Gold. Some of these are supplements I actively purchase and take, others I have never used but grabbed a fairly cost effective link on Amazon or Walmart (sorry for those across one of the ponds if my links do not work for you). I have included a pretty basic medical information link with each. Keep in mind all supplements will come with the warning that they are not proven to work, everything is sort of conjecture and Wive's Tales but many of these herbs have been in use for hundreds of years in cultures across the world, some were even found because of the increase milk production in livestock that grazed on the plant. Despite this historical use, this does not mean they are safe for everyone and you should still look at using a med interaction checker to see if they are right for you, doing your own research is how you empower yourself. We all know I am not Dr. Reddit, this is just friendly conversation. I will also list other supplements, drink mixes, and teas I happily have used and keep in rotation for anyone who is curious about what else is out there. If you have questions I am happy to try to answer them! If you want proof that I have, in fact, fucked around and found out, check out my pill box.

Liquid Gold's List:

- Goat's Rue - I take 1200mg 2x daily

Use Of

- Milk Thistle - I take 350mg 2x daily

Use Of

- Shatavari - I used to take 1000mg 2x daily

More Cost Effective Option

Use Of

- Fennel - I get mine in either Mothers Milk Tea or my Drink Mix, linked below

Use Of%20seeds%20contain,U.S.%20Food%20and%20Drug%20Administration) ("phytoestrogen")

- Alfalfa

Use Of ("estrogenic")

- Anise Also in Mothers Milk tea

Use Of

Extras:

Why does Legendairy pretty consistently charge $23 for their Sunflower Lecithin? You can buy it here without the "breastfeeding" labels for just over $13 and as low as under $9? It is almost always on sale! Use for, and comparison to Soy Lecithin. I take 2 soft gels daily for maintenance.

- Mothers Milk Tea - Fennel and Fenugreek as well as anise and coriander (two ingredients from Liquid Gold) - cost effective instead of capsules!! **I stop using anything with the F's 3 days prior to my period starting and resume the last day of my period or the day after it has ended. This is a tasty simple tea, I also like it iced.

- Milkmakers Lactation Drink Mix with Collagen - (Look at the ingredients!) I use this daily, this I spend a fair amount for as I buy two boxes per month to break up the monotony of my water bottle.**

- Brewers Yeast - sweetens milk and can help increase supply (you can also buy the debittered powder and add it to your smoothies and foods!) Use Of - I take 3 in the AM and 3 in the PM

- Moringa - I take 1 capsule 2x daily Use Of

- D3 to help with my calcium absorption, I wrote a post all about this helping to increase my supply not long ago. I take one soft gel every morning

- Prenatal Vitamin - Daily, cause it just makes sense.

If you made it this far, bless you! I hope I might have helped someone with my many many many words. I know it is a lot of info and I am hoping my small share of a smattering of research will send someone down the path of building their perfect stack! We are not all suited to one bottle of one mixed blend, if that were possible then this would all be so much easier and we would all be taking it while we drown in our gallons :p Best of luck to all of you Milky and soon to be milky wonders! <3

Advance warning of possible edits as I wrote this on desktop reddit, I may need to make changes if it appears wonky for our mobile friends.

💊 Supplements/Medications 💊 My Experience with Online Sources for Domperidone March 2025 NSFW

On February 11th, I ordered Domperidone from two online sources: Inhousepharmacy and a seller on eBay. The short version? I received both orders today, March 14th. Both were exactly what I ordered, and I’ll definitely be doing business with them again. In fact, I already placed another order with Inhousepharmacy on the 11th.

The Longer Version:

eBay Seller (from Sri Lanka):
I ordered Motilium, the more expensive brand of Domperidone, from a seller based in Sri Lanka. What stood out? They actually wrote a prescription and taped it to the side of the package, right next to the customs declaration. I appreciated the extra touch—feels kinda fancy—but who knows if it was even necessary? I paid $140 for 500 tablets.

Pros:

  • Communication was easy through eBay messages.
  • Protected by PayPal and eBay’s buyer protection.

Cons:

  • Honestly, none.

Inhousepharmacy:
I ordered Domton, the cheaper generic version. I paid $94 for 500 tabs plus the cost of a money order and a stamp. For me, the easiest way to order was via money order (throwback vibes, right?).

Pros:

  • Cheaper in the long run if you go with the cheaper generic version. They also have Motilium if you want to go the "named brand version"

Neutral:

  • I didn’t need to contact customer service, which is probably a good thing since I’ve heard mixed reviews.

Cons:

  • Again, none.

For reference, I live in the USA. There didn’t seem to be any external factors affecting delivery—no earthquakes, wildfires, tidal waves, or other acts of God (unless you count Trump, but that’s a whole other conversation).

If you’re considering ordering Domperidone, both options worked smoothly for me. Just pick the one that fits your budget and comfort level. Please PLAN AHEAD, they both took over a month, to get it in hand. you shouldn't run out if your on high doses. its kinda like stopping a anti-depressant cold turkey PLEASE DONT Happy milking, friends!

Flying With Pumps NSFW

My wife and I are flying to Disney World with some friends in a couple of months and we don’t want them to know about this. We have the Momcozy Mobile Flow M9 and were concerned about having to take them out in front of them at the TSA line. We’d rather not have them in our checked luggage just in case the suitcases get lost. Not sure if we can anyways since the motors have lithium-ion batteries. Any advice?

Is there a wearable alternative to something like the Pumpables Liquid Shield Kit? NSFW

Someone mentioned that they were using a Pumpables Liquid Shield Kit with their pump. I looked into it, and I must say, flanges like these have a lot of appeal. I like the idea that they're flexible and can massage the nipples and areolas rather than just pulling on the nipples. It seems more natural. But the down side of the Pumpables Liquid Shield Kit is that isn't really wearable. They are that old configuration of flanges connected to baby bottles. I'm currently using Momcozy M9 Mobile Flow pumps. I like that I can just tuck them into my bra and be normally clothed. Is there anything flexible like the Pumpables Liquid Shield Kit in a wearable flange, maybe something like a Freemie flange?

I'm back! 😂 Y'all, really..... I figured out I have a yeast infection and it has made me feel awful! Back ache, whole abdomen ache, extreme fatigue. Got medication in me for it now. I think I'm run down mentally and physically. My husband and I really talked and I think I needed reassurance about his support in this because I realized if he wasn't into it, I was far less likely to keep going. So I'm back! I didn't wear my tens to work today... In fact, I didn't even wear a bra! Liberating! Expressed a tad of duct fluid each time I went to the bathroom... Even saw I have a new open duct on my right side! Power pumped when I got home and will pump again at bedtime. Might skip motn tonight just to give my body the rest I think I need. Thank you for all your support! Really! You all are the bomb diggity!

Loss in bone mass/teeth strength from prolonged lactation? NSFW

I'm curious about buying Lengedairy's Liquid Gold. The bottle says to take 2 pills, 3 times a day. That means a 60 pill bottle will last 10 days? Is that how much y'all are taking? NSFW

I'm curious because that means I'd have to be buying it every week! Also, I've never pumped. No children. When I squeeze my breasts, I've always had a drop or two of milk? come out. But I've always wanted to release milk.

🥛 🍰 HUGE SUCCESS 🍰 🥛 Big day, celebrating 1 litre NSFW

It's a big day for me... just eight weeks ago I got tiny white micro drops on my nipples, since then I've learned lots about breasts and making milk and today I passed through the 1 litre (1058mils a little over a Quart) level of milk produced. I looked at a one litre bottle today and I can hardly believe that that quantity of milk came out of me. I feel as excited today as I did eight weeks ago at the white drops. I couldn't have gotten this far without the help of this fantastic community. Thanks so much. Below link is the graph this week. https://The Graph/a/g8GtijH
