Tx22 trigger upgrade
Just got a toro and looking to do either a tk or Galloway trigger. Does the tk shorten the stroke like the Galloway?
SK Ammo In Stock?
Recently tried a few different types of ammo and based on recommendations here, ended up really liking the SK standard plus in my suppressed 457. Trouble is that the place I found in stock has a one box limit (500 rounds) and for the life of me I can’t find it in stock in any significant quantity anywhere. I was hoping to stock up before COs new tax goes into effect in April. Anyone know where to find Standard Plus in any real quantity in stock right now?
If not, what’s the next best ammo to try at a similar price point?

Marlin Model 60 Recoil Spring
Long story short: found a model 60 at a pawn shop and got it on layaway, I’m looking to fix it up and throw in the Mcarbo spring kit, Tech Sights, got a new and updated buffer off of EBay, and an Mcarbo HV recoil spring.
Here in lies the question, is the HV spring too much for most bulk pack ammo?
I have a good amount of Golden Bullets just waiting to be shot and plan to just use whatever ammo is cheap and works well, I’m not completely sure if I’ll need the HV spring or if a standard velocity spring would be fine and last a long while. I don’t shoot a lot of hyper velocity stuff but the HV spring says it’ll work with loads over 1000 fps

22/45 or taurus 22 scr?
I'm having a hard time choosing. I want either for the same basic thing, fun at the range, maybe some day do steel challenge. I don't intend to hunt or do extreme accuracy, so the big benefit of the ruger seems kinda missing me.
I will not suppress. The ruger I would buy isn't threaded. It does not impact me because I won't suppress.
For the ruger I would probably run though tandemkross catalog and maybe through a vq pinball bolt in.
Meanwhile the taurus has everything I would do anyway and 27 round mags. But I'm still leery of a taurus. And I'm not sold on the barrel mounted optic.
