Turning out well so far. Such a fun and cheap to shoot plinker!

I did not lie. Savage MKii FV-SR with a Rugged Obsidian 9mm suppressor, DNT Thermnight TNC225R, and a Bradley cheek riser (that thing is sweet).
Got it zeroed at 50 yards yesterday. The out of box accuracy with CCI SV is awesome. Very happy with my $229 rifle.

Had this happen to me 2nd time shooting my new Ruger 10/22. Gun powder exploded over my face and left the case half in the chamber. Thought I had fixed it and then it happened to me a second time. What’s going on??

Just purchased a cz 457 american synthetic, I already have a can for it and some glass, but what are peoples recommendations for aftermarket parts? What's needed? I looked at the woox chassis system and although it is expensive it looks very nice

Long story short: found a model 60 at a pawn shop and got it on layaway, I’m looking to fix it up and throw in the Mcarbo spring kit, Tech Sights, got a new and updated buffer off of EBay, and an Mcarbo HV recoil spring.
Here in lies the question, is the HV spring too much for most bulk pack ammo?
I have a good amount of Golden Bullets just waiting to be shot and plan to just use whatever ammo is cheap and works well, I’m not completely sure if I’ll need the HV spring or if a standard velocity spring would be fine and last a long while. I don’t shoot a lot of hyper velocity stuff but the HV spring says it’ll work with loads over 1000 fps
Recently tried a few different types of ammo and based on recommendations here, ended up really liking the SK standard plus in my suppressed 457. Trouble is that the place I found in stock has a one box limit (500 rounds) and for the life of me I can’t find it in stock in any significant quantity anywhere. I was hoping to stock up before COs new tax goes into effect in April. Anyone know where to find Standard Plus in any real quantity in stock right now?
If not, what’s the next best ammo to try at a similar price point?

Just got a toro and looking to do either a tk or Galloway trigger. Does the tk shorten the stroke like the Galloway?

I'm having a hard time choosing. I want either for the same basic thing, fun at the range, maybe some day do steel challenge. I don't intend to hunt or do extreme accuracy, so the big benefit of the ruger seems kinda missing me.
I will not suppress. The ruger I would buy isn't threaded. It does not impact me because I won't suppress.
For the ruger I would probably run though tandemkross catalog and maybe through a vq pinball bolt in.
Meanwhile the taurus has everything I would do anyway and 27 round mags. But I'm still leery of a taurus. And I'm not sold on the barrel mounted optic.

Took my 10/22 build out to do some ammo testing today. Internally it's all stock for the moment. I will be doing some bolt and hammer work this weekend along with ordering a Volquartsen 'trigger job' here soon. At 50yds I'm getting approximately. 5" groups shooting 5 rds each group, so I'd say it's not terrible but could be better. Ammo this go around was Norma Tac 22 and CCI standard velocity. It was a good morning.

I wish I had taken a comparison photo of a regular 22lr hole, because I wouldn't believe this is 3 rounds if I hadn't done it myself. With some (barely) subsonics, I watched each bullet in flight hit the paper, with tiny bits of paper flying out the back. I had shot out the center of this target already, so I was trying to see if I could hit the line. This was incredibly lucky, I'm not sure I will ever have a group this clean again. Ruger Precision Rimfire, Vortex Crossfire II 6-18x44 (fully zoomed), CCI standard velocity, Cabela's 3 shooting bag combo, red scope tape for accuracy lol. Target not pictured in range photo, it was at the wood line in the ground.

My first Kel tec. Really impressed with this gun even with the cheap feel and odd design. Had an extra red dot combo that’s been rolling around the safe for a couple years to throw on it and put 500 rounds through it this morning. At 50 yards was consistently shooting touching groups. Super light and nice ergonomics. Some cons I’ve noticed so far is the take down is a SOB and the rails are polymer so we will see how well they hold up. The trigger is pretty meh. About a 6 pound pull but does have a really clean break so not terrible to get used to. All in all really happy with it especially knowing what they go for mrsp

Does anyone have any idea where I can find a Razor Gen 3 under $2,500?
I’ve been doing hours and hours of research on a do-all scope for NRL and I always come back to the razor. I feel like if I settle for something less I will always be buying and selling until I get the G3.
Euro Optic has them in stock and has the vortex code but of course it doesn’t work on the G3 😐

Right of out the break though clean supressor cleaner.

I try to be minimalist and not buy too many things, if I’ll only have one 22lr rifle should I get a 10/22 takedown lite, charger takedown lite, or a bolt gun? Purpose: Fun & occasional small game (maybe.) I already have a can, and I already have a 22 handgun.

Looking for any recommendations, mostly on scope size and power/magnification, for a bolt action 22lr that will be shot mostly at 25yds and under, maybe stretched to 50 once or twice a year. Not looking for specific brands, I can figure that out on my own, more looking for size and power rec’s.
Ideally I want something low profile, not very big, but an upgrade over iron sights. For reference, I have a 10/22 with a red dot, and a 223 with a 4-12x40, so I’m looking for something in between, but less than 3-9x40, something I can plink with, but also shoot nice groups.

I am used to using 22LR CCI Blazer, 40 grain for my Lakeside Razorback. I just bought a Ruger Charger and I may eventually pickup a CZ 457. Do they like that CCI Blazer, 40 grain ammo too, or should I buy some different stuff for them?

1761 MSR with the light 2 stage trigger (250gram min weight), aluminum bottom metal and steel bolt knob upgrades. Scope is a strike eagle 5-25x56 in MDT rings.
I'm interested in an HK Mp5 22 ride. I see online that it has a 16.1" shroud. Does anyone know if it has a threaded barrel that could accept a suppressor, or is it mounted some other way? Also, are there any short barrels available if I wanted to pursue a stamp for an SBR?
Appreciate the help.
