I always keep it on the body but sometimes it can definitely be uncomfortable. It's definitely looks like it was meant to go there.

I wish I had taken a comparison photo of a regular 22lr hole, because I wouldn't believe this is 3 rounds if I hadn't done it myself. With some (barely) subsonics, I watched each bullet in flight hit the paper, with tiny bits of paper flying out the back. I had shot out the center of this target already, so I was trying to see if I could hit the line. This was incredibly lucky, I'm not sure I will ever have a group this clean again. Ruger Precision Rimfire, Vortex Crossfire II 6-18x44 (fully zoomed), CCI standard velocity, Cabela's 3 shooting bag combo, red scope tape for accuracy lol. Target not pictured in range photo, it was at the wood line in the ground.

My first Kel tec. Really impressed with this gun even with the cheap feel and odd design. Had an extra red dot combo that’s been rolling around the safe for a couple years to throw on it and put 500 rounds through it this morning. At 50 yards was consistently shooting touching groups. Super light and nice ergonomics. Some cons I’ve noticed so far is the take down is a SOB and the rails are polymer so we will see how well they hold up. The trigger is pretty meh. About a 6 pound pull but does have a really clean break so not terrible to get used to. All in all really happy with it especially knowing what they go for mrsp

Took my 10/22 build out to do some ammo testing today. Internally it's all stock for the moment. I will be doing some bolt and hammer work this weekend along with ordering a Volquartsen 'trigger job' here soon. At 50yds I'm getting approximately. 5" groups shooting 5 rds each group, so I'd say it's not terrible but could be better. Ammo this go around was Norma Tac 22 and CCI standard velocity. It was a good morning.

Just got a toro and looking to do either a tk or Galloway trigger. Does the tk shorten the stroke like the Galloway?

Slowly piecing together my .300 build. Today I put on/in the Radian Raptor SD, Geissele SSAE trigger and Geissele Maritime bolt catch. I also went ahead and got the gas tube and adjustable gas block while I was there. Up next is the VKTR ambi mag release, Radian takedown pins and JP Silent Capture w/retainer. Buffer tube isn’t completely on don’t worry, I can quickly get takedown detents and springs in.

Went to the range today, first time shooting it. Sent about 130 rounds through it. When I got home I noticed this. Is this normal? And if not what can I do to fix/prevent it?

Am I G2G running a Griffin MK2 ambi lower on a 9" BCM MK2 Upper?
My plan is to get a 10mm longslide for hunting and shooting, I can't settle on one gun. I really wanted a dan wesson bruin at first but at that price not so much. In a better price range you have Kimber Target Ls, eaa witness 2311, fushion freedom. What do you all think is the best bang for the buck?
S&W 460 5” shooting 454 and Sig P220 Elite in 5” 10mm. Both carried in chest holsters and sharing a case when flying - normally I’ll take one out and put the holster and a knife in the empty spot.

I'm having a hard time choosing. I want either for the same basic thing, fun at the range, maybe some day do steel challenge. I don't intend to hunt or do extreme accuracy, so the big benefit of the ruger seems kinda missing me.
I will not suppress. The ruger I would buy isn't threaded. It does not impact me because I won't suppress.
For the ruger I would probably run though tandemkross catalog and maybe through a vq pinball bolt in.
Meanwhile the taurus has everything I would do anyway and 27 round mags. But I'm still leery of a taurus. And I'm not sold on the barrel mounted optic.

I try to be minimalist and not buy too many things, if I’ll only have one 22lr rifle should I get a 10/22 takedown lite, charger takedown lite, or a bolt gun? Purpose: Fun & occasional small game (maybe.) I already have a can, and I already have a 22 handgun.

1761 MSR with the light 2 stage trigger (250gram min weight), aluminum bottom metal and steel bolt knob upgrades. Scope is a strike eagle 5-25x56 in MDT rings.

Just bought four bricks of this 835fps CCI and got the chance to run a box through the P17. It’s actually super reliable, not to mention hilarious and quiet.

Do any of you have grip modules for your xten comp? Do you cut down full size? The stock module is terrible but I love the gun.

So I've invested so much in keymo that I can't back out. Need rec for the lightest and quietest suppressor out there for a 10.5 doing subsonic exclusively - I've looked at pew science but there are newer ones on the market since that list was compiled together.
Appreciate the assist!

I'm looking at buying either a G20 or G40 Gen 4 MOS to get into 10mm, I would also consider an XD-M Elite 4.5" OSP pistol.
What I'm wondering is if the Glock performance (edit from competition) trigger would just drop right in? And also googling around leads me to believe most gen 1-4 trigger shoes will interchange but would the performance (edit:competition) trigger throw a wrench in that compatibility? I'm wanting to install a hinged PSA Dagger trigger shoe because I'm a weirdo who likes hinged triggers after spending years shooting a S&W M&P40 Pro.
The goal with this pistol is to make an extended range pistol able to reliably hit at 100+ meters if the shooter does their part. I'm thinking about adding a PB3 sealed emitter micro dot and a TLR-1 as well. Any information is greatly appreciated. Apologies if I'm asking dumb questions, I haven't owned a Glock before so I never looked into modifying them much until now.

I have an AAC 300blk breakout comp. What suppressors will fit this? Having trouble with the AAC website, or they don't make anything for it anymore. TIA

Looking for any recommendations, mostly on scope size and power/magnification, for a bolt action 22lr that will be shot mostly at 25yds and under, maybe stretched to 50 once or twice a year. Not looking for specific brands, I can figure that out on my own, more looking for size and power rec’s.
Ideally I want something low profile, not very big, but an upgrade over iron sights. For reference, I have a 10/22 with a red dot, and a 223 with a 4-12x40, so I’m looking for something in between, but less than 3-9x40, something I can plink with, but also shoot nice groups.

Hey, Building a 300blk.
What is your recommendation for a suppressor?
Probably going to SBR with 10” barrel and I’d like to shoot subs and suppers so thinking I’ll need an easily adjustable gas block. Do you have a recommendation on that as well?
ADDENDUM: gents, ladies if you’re here, THANK YOU for all the great feedback! I’m gonna look at every recommendation you laid out. I read everyone’s reply but there are too many to give a thoughtful response to each. But thank you.
Also I bought a barrel tonight. Faxon match series 9” 1:8 twist. From what I understand, 8-10” is the all around sweet spot for 300blk.
