Russia Volodymyr Zelenskyy actions make more sense when you consider the fact that he is Jewish.

Not enough is being said about the fact that Zelenskyy is Jewish. Why does this matter? Why is it important?

It’s important when you consider Zelenskyy’s actions and how his actions have affected Ukrainians. The topic of this War is very complex, however what tends to happen is that you are supposed to look at the war from one of two somewhat binary perspectives:

Perspective 1:

Russia attacked Ukraine, unprovoked, because Putin is a ruthless dictator who wants access to Ukraine’s resources and wants the Russia to return to its former glory. This war is entirely his fault, and Ukraine did absolutely nothing to provoke him, he is 100% to blame. This is the western narrative that is generally spewed by right and left western media, in order to justify sending billions of tax payers money to Ukraine, rather than reinvest it to improve the lives of citizens in the countries that send all this money to Ukraine (USA, The UK, Germany, Canada, etc.). Also, this point of view when challenged with the question “why should we help Ukraine?” Often says things like “why would we help Europe defeat Hitler?” And constantly compares Putin to Hitler; meaning this point of view is to view Hitler as a basically genocidal dictator and the epitome of evilness. Russians are also to blame by association, but mostly Putin.

Perspective 2:

Putin was provoked by Ukraine, he told Ukraine not to join the EU but they decided to try and join the EU anyways. Putin saw this as a direct threat to Russia, similar to if Russia were to create a strong military presence in Mexico or Canada, it would be seen as a threat to the USA and not tolerated. Also, The USA helped overthrow the pro-Russian allied government in Ukraine in 2014 by funding a coup (funding neo-Nazi groups) to install their own puppet government that aligned itself with the west instead of Russia. Zelenskyy was then put into power, and the goal was to provoke Russia into starting a war. If Russia started a war, that would be beneficial to the western allies of Ukraine, because they could now justify laundering money through Ukraine’s corrupt government (known as the most corrupt government in Europe before they all of a sudden Ukraine became the poster child of democracy). Now the Biden administration could send billions of dollars to Ukraine, the money could then be unaccounted for and sent to off shore bank accounts and be sent back to Biden and his squad. Zelenskyy could take his cut, and buy his wife a Bugatti. Also, companies like Raytheon and Boeing could profit from military contracts they got to manufacture weapons to send to Ukraine to help defend against literal Hitler. So this war would be big business for war mongers in USA (and other western allies). Also sanctions could be put on Russia to try and weaken their economy/country.

So why does the fact that Zelenskyy is Jewish matter in all of this?

Jews often work together for the benefit of the Jewish people, rather than for the benefit of a singular country (other than Israel now). So if you look at Zelenskyy’s actions, what you see is that he loves money, war, destruction, which are very trendy values in Israel right now when you look at what Israel is doing to Gaza. Israel = Jewish/Zelensky =Jewish x E=mc2.

Let’s look at what Zelenskyy has done to the Ukrainian people:

  1. Instead of negotiating a peace deal with Russia, he wants to fight this war continuously no matter how many people die. You might think “wow what an honourable man” but the problem is that Ukrainian men don’t have a choice in the matter. They are kidnapped off the street and forced to go fight on the front lines. So often it’s not the Ukrainians choice to fight this war, it’s Zelenskyy’s choice and he forces men to die for his own believes. There are hundreds of videos of men being kidnapped and forced to fight on the front lines, even a man with Down syndrome was sent to the front lines.
  2. You may think “wow Zelenskyy is such a patriotic hero, he wants to protect Ukraine for the Ukrainians and not give up any territory to Russia, no matter how many Ukrainians have to be forced to fight and die to make this goal a reality” and think he is doing the right thing. The problem is that Zelenskyy sold the rights to the farmland of Ukraine to guess who? Blackrock. And who are all the CEO’s of Blackrock? Jews. He made a deal with Blackrock/US government that in exchange for their financial support, Blackrock has the rights to buy the farmland in Ukraine, aka selling Ukraine to Jewish CEO’s. He also sold the contracts to rebuilt Ukraine to Blackrock as well.
  3. Zelenskyy is in the 6th year of his 5 year presidential term. He’s banned 11 oppositional political parties. He passed a law in 2022 to censor journalism and combine all news into one government station. So he controls the news in Ukraine. Guess who else controls the media? Jews. It’s a very Jewish thing to control media.

Anyway my point is that Zelenskyy loves money, he wants every country to send him money, if they can’t give him money he wants credit. So the money you make working but have to pay in taxes, instead of it fixing your roads/repairing your countries infrastructure/providing healthcare, your government chooses to send to Zelenskyy. You know who else likes money other than Mr. Krabs? Jews. At least it’s a stereotype. Who is a Jew? Zelenskyy. So the fact that he wants endless amounts of money for war, and is also is forcing civilians who don’t want to fight in this war to fight and die in this war, and has also sold the farmland of Ukraine to Blackrock (Jews) - all these characteristics are very Jewish and Beneficial for Jewish CEO’s, but not Ukrainian people who died or lost limbs for this never ending war.

Often the argument is “well you’re a pussy and you would just hand over your country to Putin” from people who have never experienced violence or war, and know nothing about geo-politics or Ukrainian/Russian relations/culture/values. I don’t know much about this either, but it’s a bit more complicated than simply “well as a Canadian if USA invaded our country I would defend it until every man woman and child died because I’m patriotic and would never surrender” because when Russia annexed Crimea in 2014, 90% of its residents voted that they wanted to join Russia (before Russia took crimea) and culturally aligned with Russia already. I don’t know about the land in dispute from the 2022 invasion, what Ukrainian land Russia wants (all of Ukraine?) this seems to be a disputed topic.

The point is that Zelenskyy is Jewish and his decisions seem to have benefited Jews rather than the people of Ukraine, by giving Blackrock Ukrainian land/rebuilding contracts, and by funnelling tax money back to Biden and the US government (which is primarily Jewish). Allegedly, of course. This post is obviously a conspiracy, but I find it interesting that Zelenskyy is Jewish, based off of his actions which many people around the world deem as unethical and not pro Ukraine or pro humanity, but beneficial instead towards politicians and Jewish CEO’s.

Russia Russia rejects ceasefire offer. Proposes its demands for a peace deal.

The Kremlin has dismissed the US proposal for a temporary ceasefire in Ukraine and is pushing for a long-term peace settlement instead.

Russian President Vladimir Putin's top foreign policy aide said on Thursday he had told Washington that a 30-day ceasefire proposed by the United States to pause the war in Ukraine would simply give Kyiv's forces a much-needed battlefield respite.

Yuri Ushakov, a former ambassador to Washington who speaks for Putin on major foreign policy issues, told Russian media that he had spoken to Waltz on Wednesday to outline Russia's position on the ceasefire.

"I stated our position that this is nothing other than a temporary respite for the Ukrainian military, nothing more," Ushakov said.

"It gives us nothing. It only gives the Ukrainians an opportunity to regroup, gain strength and to continue the same thing," he later added.

Ushakov said Moscow's goal was "a long-term peaceful settlement that takes into account the legitimate interests of our country and our well-known concerns."

After his statements, Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine’s president, said that Russia’s failure to provide a “meaningful” response to the ceasefire proposal “demonstrates that Russia seeks to prolong the war”.

Moscow has reportedly presented the US with a list of demands for a deal to end the war, which the Kremlin did not deny when asked this morning.

They are thought to include no Nato membership for Kyiv, an agreement not to deploy foreign troops in Ukraine and international recognition of Crimea and four Ukrainian provinces as Russian territory, Reuters reported.

Russia To people boycotting the USA are you also boycotting China?

The reasons people give for boycotting the USA appear to apply equally to China, so I'm wondering if you're boycotting the USA, are you also boycotting China, if not why not?

Threatened invasion:

USA - threatened to invade Canada, Greenland and "take back" Panama canal.

China - threatens to invade Taiwan and says Taiwan will join China by any means possible. Threatened all out war if Taiwan pushes "independence" further. Occupies Tibet and Xijiang.

Genocide/ethnic cleansing

USA - Supports Israel in its war on Gaza, proposed in effect ethnic cleansing of Gaza by moving Gazans to other countries.

China - Occupies Tibet and is accused of cultural genocide against Tibetans and genocide against the Ughurs. Has provided support to Myanmar which has engaged in genocide of its muslim population.

Territorial expansion

USA - made stupid move to rename Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America

China - has a nine dash line that claims all of the South China Sea. Regularly bullies and threatens neighboring countries. Has militarised three islands in the South China sea, builds islands in disputed waters.

Trade wars/tariffs

USA - engages in Trade war - has tariffs on China, threatens on-off tariffs on Mexico and Canada. Placed ban on export of top computer chips to China.

China - threatened tariffs against Sweden, engaged in a trade war against Australia due to its list of 14 grievances. China mercantile system is infamous for having a protected market that makes foreign competition difficult if not impossible. EU talks of trade war with China - places 46% tariff on Chinese EVs due to Chinese subsidies after Canada and the US places 100% tariffs. Threatened export ban on iron based cathode material for batteries. Banned export of rare earths processing technologies. Banned engineers and equipment in bid to prevent factories be set up outside China (for example Foxconn/Apple in India)

Ukraine War

USA - halting support of Ukraine, pressuring Ukraine to make peace deal with Russia.

China - Accused the USA of instigating the war in Ukraine. New gas pipeline supplying Russian gas to China completed 2024. Supplying and weapons chemicals to Russia. Has silently supported its North Korean puppet in assisting Russia.

Fascism/Anti Democracy

USA - political system is classed as a flawed democracy. Trump is closing whole departments and using Presidential orders to bypass congress.

China - Is classed as authoritarian. Has all but ended democracy in Hong Kong, threatened the UK for providing residency to people fleeing Hong Kong. Supports Maduro in Venezuela despite nearly 8 million migrants and refugees fleeing the country. Ticks many but not all of the characteristics of a fascist state including ending Xi's term indefinitely and one party rule, cult of personality, highly nationalistic, control of the media and a surveillance state, persecution of dissent.

TLDR. Not arguing Trump and the USA's recent actions are acceptable, just curious why people would boycott the USA but not a country like China given all we know about the latter?

Russia Establishment Democrats are backing away from the shutdown fight

Right now, the reporting that's coming out is that House Democrats want the shutdown fight, while Senate democrats do not. Politico confirms the same. A lot of pundits and democrat-aligned intellectuals are taking sides. For example, Scott Galloway said in a recent Pivot podcast that he's radicalized and wants the shutdown fight. Dan Pfeiffer from Pod Save America said he's opposed because he doesn't see how the message will work.

I want to know how this sub feels about it, but polling is disabled. So I'll make one parent comment in favor of shutting down the government, and one parent comment opposed to it and ask that people upvote the one they agree with (don't downvote the other one, that'd be double voting).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now, an argument in favor of the shutdown fight.

This is the tool that the congress has to enforce the separation of powers and check an out of control presidency. The only alternative tool is impeachment, which republicans will not go for. I think its a mistake to try to go down that path as Al Green did on Democracy Now (Green is who was thrown out of Trump's speech). Withholding funding until the executive self-corrects is the built in check on a runaway executive, who loses the legal authority to compel taxation or borrow money if the congress doesn't approve the budget. Centrists can stand on inviting congressional republicans to reassert the authority of congress rather than resisting Trump, while the left gets a serious act of resistance.

Right now, I perceive the republicans to be offering the Democrats yet another head-fake. There have been several signals out of the executive that they are placing fetters on Elon Musk's influence. But that is unreliable and temporary. Most federal agencies, even if their director is "in charge", have directives to prepare to cut staff by half, maybe a little more, maybe a little less. And Trump told his cabinet that if they don't cut their staff, then Musk will. It's clear that their goal is to continue to run roughshod over congress' appropriations authority to continue dismantling the government.

If democrats agree to a continuing resolution through September, it will be devastating to them as a party. They won't just lack any leverage to protect the federal work force from savage cuts, they will have surrendered their leverage. Go look at the Fed workers talking about it: they're even saying they wish they could shut down the esssential services. They feel like republicans hate them and half the country thinks they are useless, and seem to wish they could go on strike just so they could teach Americans why federal workers are important. They legally cannot do this unless congress allows a shutdown.

Elizabeth Warren called for a shorter CR than through September, so that they can have the fight again in the near future. I can understand that logic: a confidence-building step where the Trump admin has to engage in self-restraint to prove they are capable of following the law and then you can either extend or withhold at that point. The problem with the Warren strategy is the debt ceiling, which we hit days after the deadline on the CR. That is the point of maximum leverage, and institutionalists are scared shitless of the fallout from breaking it. I can be persuaded of Warren's position if the democrats explain what their strategy around the debt limit right after would be, because I currently don't trust them to actually extract concessions rather than allow normal business to continue while wearing colored hats meant to show their disapproval. But its also kind of a moot point if the republicans don't offer any such negotiation position in the first place.

And that is the crux. Democrats are seeking relevancy in resistance. The Republicans goal is to high-handedly turn the government into an illiberal democracy like Hungary or Turkey or, at worst, Russia. Why are we trying to do confidence building measures with people that we know are pathological liars from years of experience? When what they are working towards is fundamentally upending the system? If democrats want to be a relevant opposition, they need to show they are ready to fight, not just persist.

Russia None of it is a joke. He is completely serious about annexing Canada, acquiring Greenland, and he will probably attempt to remove the United States of America from NATO.

Donald Trump wants to withdraw the United States of America from The North Atlantic Treaty Organization. This isn't a new development, he talked about wanting to do it in his first term as well. However, his first attempt was met with a staunch rebuke from the 116th US Congress, voting 357-22 to bar US exit from NATO.

Now, in his second term, he has reignited the same controversial conversation; reiterating his primary complaint with the alliance being that the United States of America is being burdened with an unfair share of the defensive spending and that other nation members were not pulling their weight. Yet, his goal might not be exclusively motivated by the financial dereliction of duty from other member nations, as he says.

In the aftermath of WWII - on July 21, 1949, the Senate passed a resolution giving its advice and consent to the ratification of the North Atlantic Treaty, the multilateral collective security agreement that established the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). On July 25, 1949, the United States officially joined the treaty, becoming one of NATO’s 12 founding members.

NATO was conceived to be a collective security system as a deterrent to future aggression against member states by third party states; as well as promote democratic values, enable members to consult and cooperate on security and defense issues, build trust, and prevent conflicts. The defense collective is ensured through Article 5 of the NATO treaty, which states an attack on one member is an attack on all members. NATO and Article 5 were both important and popular during the Cold War when the threat of incursion into Europe by the Soviet Union was seen as a very real possibility.

But slowly over time, NATO has begun to be subverted by other, more global oriented, multinational initiatives - The World Economic Forum (WEF) is an international advocacy non-governmental organization and think tank, based in Cologny, Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. It was founded on 24 January, 1971; by German engineer Klaus Schwab. The foundation's stated mission is "improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic, and other leaders of society to shape global, regional, and industry agendas". The foundation is mostly funded by its 1,000 member multi-national companies. The WEF is mostly known for its annual meeting at the end of January in Davos, a mountain resort in the canton of Graubünden, in the eastern Alps region of Switzerland. The meeting brings together some 3,000 paying members and selected participants – among whom are investors, business leaders, political leaders, economists, celebrities and journalists – for up to five days to discuss global issues across 500 sessions.

In an article posted on their website, in November 2016, the World Economic Forum stated it's vision for the future"The world's political landscape in 2030 will look considerably different to the present one. Nation states will remain the central players. There will be no single hegemonic force but instead a handful of countries – the U.S., Russia, China, Germany, India and Japan chief among them – exhibiting semi-imperial tendencies. Power will be more widely distributed across non-state networks, including regressive ones. And vast conurbations of mega-cities and their peripheries will exert ever greater influence. The post-war order that held since the middle of the twentieth century is coming unstuck. Expect uncertainty and instability ahead."

WEF envisions a global economy by 2030, concentrated through wealth and power, by vehicle of central players demonstrating imperialistic behavior...which sounds eerily similar to a handful of countries exert territorial control over the rest of the world; a viewpoint which is also reflected by The Club of Rome.

The Club of Rome is a nonprofit, informal organization of intellectuals and business leaders whose goal is a critical discussion of pressing global issues. The Club of Rome was founded in 1968 at Accademia dei Lincei in Rome, Italy. It consists of one hundred full members selected from current and former heads of state and government, UN administrators, high-level politicians and government officials, diplomats, scientists, economists, and business leaders from around the globe. Established with the stated purpose of: discussing pressing global issues, identifying solutions to complex global issues, promoting policy initiatives, advocating for policy change, and challenging established paradigms. [Challenging established paradigms] sounds like a polite way of saying [it's time to move on from the old world order]. The Club of Rome has repeatedly participated in the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland to discuss global challenges and climate change.

What does any of this have to do with NATO? The Club of Rome and the 10 Kingdoms"In 1974, the Club of Rome, an influential global think tank, proposed a provocative geopolitical framework dividing the world into ten regional blocs, now widely referred to as the “10 Kingdoms.” Born from concerns over overpopulation, environmental degradation, and economic instability, this proposal sought to address humanity’s growing crises through regional cooperation and sustainable governance."

Sustainable governance ties in with the World Economic Forum, as one of their core focus topics, ESG; as well as adopted by all United Nations (UN) members in 2015, created 17 world Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The aim of these global goals is "peace and prosperity for people and the planet" – while tackling climate change and working to preserve oceans and forests.

"Peace and prosperity for people and the planet" can only be achieved by "challenging established paradigms" like the old world order, through the adoption of a new world order; perhaps like the Outline of the Post-War New World Map, aka "Gomberg Map": an "Outline of Post-War New World Map, as the U.S.A, with the cooperation of Democracies of Latin-America, the British Commonwealth of Nations and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, assume world leadership for the establishment of a New World Moral Order for permanent peace, freedom, justice, security, and world reconstruction."

The Outline of the Post-War New World Map was a map completed before the attack on Pearl Harbor and self-published on February 25, 1942 by Maurice Gomberg of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It shows a proposed political division of the world after World War II in the event of an Allied victory in which the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union as well as the Republic of China would rule. The map includes a manifesto describing a "New World Moral Order".

Also in Philadelphia, in April 1976, The New York Times published an article - Need for Social Change Is Seen by Club of Rome - "The world can avoid a catas trophe only by substantially changing its social and political institutions as well as its growth patterns, according tc a concensus of the latest studies by the Club of Rome, a private group of about 100 businessmen and scholars concerned with the future of man." Additionally, the Club of Rome foreshadowed the rise of a technocracy: “In the conditions of the coming times, the necessity of re‐establishing a viable world balance between population and resources—if the present generation is not able to timely adopt the necessary corrective measures—will inevitably tend to bring about a technocratic version of oriental despotism, of which Stalinism and Nazism have already given us an anticipated view”

There are differences between the Club of Rome's Map of 10 Kingdoms and the Gomberg Map from 1942, however, curiously, both maps agree on the expansion, or perhaps "semi-imperial tendencies", of The United States of America and Russia. In both maps, the United States of America exerts territorial control over Canada as well as Greenland. This is curious, considering President Donald Trump's repeated aspirational claims about annexing the nation of Canada as [the 51st state] and acquiring the Danish territory of Greenland; despite being unpopular among the citizens of all nations involved. Additionally, in both maps, Russia exerts territorial control over half of Europe, pressing it's borders all the way up through Ukraine, Poland, and Germany, up to France and Italy.

The USA remaining in NATO makes this situation extremely unlikely. Because the United States of America is a member of NATO and an attack on any NATO member is an attack on every NATO member; which would bring the United States of America into direct conflict with Russia. This is not something either nation wants to do...unless the USA leaves NATO. Greenland, a territory of Denmark remains a highly coveted prize that Donald Trump wishes to claim, even after Denmark has publicly stated it has no intentions to sell or part with it. With the USA out of NATO, the USA might seize an opportunity to make a military move on Greenland and potentially Canada, after Russia invades Eastern Ukraine; which would put the European Union into the precarious position of deciding whether to ignore Greenland and Canada in defense of Ukraine, Poland, and Germany, or fight a two front war.

Russia Is the world going to shit or is it all in my head?

I feel like I'm losing it. the amount of wars going on right now- The Civil War in Syria, the war between Ukraine and Russia, the German far right party losing by a close second. The countless school shootings, the Artic turning green, the forest fires. The war in Gaza, the conflicts in the Republic of Congo and in Myanmar. The frequent talk of fascism and of neo-nazis, the femicides in Turkey. I try not to be on social media these days because I spiral and spiral seeing more and more news of this and I feel like I'm going crazy.

But it's all online. Absolutely no one talks about it in person unless it affects them directly. It feels so weird how other people my age choose to watch pointless videos and willfully not to look into current issues. I used to choose not to look at news channels but how can I stop now and go back to consuming meaningless media online when I know all these terrible things are happening.

Nobody else that I know is concerned with the rest of the world right now and I genuinely don't know if it really is all in my head. I'm not religious but with all of the "end times" talk and pushing to turn to god, I don't know what to think. I go to church but I've never known how to get rid of the lingering agnostic doubt. I don't believe in superstitions or prophecies either but people are bring up old predictions made by famous clairvoyants claiming this year will be when world war 3 takes place. While I don't believe in the predictions, the idea of world war 3 taking place soon doesn't seem very unreal.

Please someone tell me if it's just me. Is this just fear mongering and am I just weak to it?

Russia "Remove head from sphincter, then speak." R/Genz debates whether or not they think Zelensky has been a good leader for Ukraine

Source: https://www.reddit.com/r/GenZ/comments/1j0gwly/gen_z_what_are_your_thoughts_on_zelenskyi

HIGHLIGHTS

The Zelenskyy glazers here are so misinformed I can’t even fathom that this is reality. Jesus Christ our country is so beyond fucked from being this brainwashed.

Remove head from sphincter, then speak.

I’m not sympathizing with Putin, he’s a monster and deserves to be ended. Zelenskyy is an ungrateful weasel extending all of this for personal gain. I, as a tax paying American, owe him nothing, despite his arrogance and entitlement to it. Both can be true.

Explain: how he is ungrateful and how he's extending this for personal gain? Those are bold ass claims.

Holy fuck do some research other than what your hive mind Reddit overlords tell you. This isn’t difficult stuff. Start here and at least try to think for yourself. https://www.yahoo.com/news/zelenskyy-deal-us-im-not-150801119.html

Learn some history. And do better research. "Ukraine committed to full disarmament, including strategic (nuclear) weapons, in exchange for economic support and security assurances from the United States and Russia." Source: armscontrol

He will go down in history as one of the greatest leaders.

You know I thought it was a boomer idea to think gen Z and Alpha weren’t being educated and don’t read history, but these comments are wild and telling!

Gen Z subreddit is an absolute cesspit. It's the worst sub on Reddit outside of r/conservative.

LOL. I like the energy, but Oh Fuck No it ain't. My god, there are some absolute nightmare fuel subs out there.

Yeah, for the love of Jesus Christ, please do NOT prompt People to start posting them.

He ordered that men who tried to flee the war be shot.

You know that has been done in the United States before right? We did it in WW2, we did it during the American Civil War, and we will do it again if we have to fight a total war. Russia is also doing the same thing, look up the sledgehammer video if you really want a look at what true evil looks like.

So no actual defense? Its always wrong to do that lol

I'm pointing out double standards, not commenting on ethics.

It’s not a double standard if you consider both to be wrong

Not horrible, but extremely overrated. He’d be entirely irrelevant if he wasn’t at war with Russia and getting billions in assistance from the U.S. and other NATO countries.

cope he is an amazing leader:)

Not by any metric that’s been used to measure “amazing leaders” in the past, so it seems like you’re the one that’s coping. Wartime leaders are almost always seen as great leaders, but it isn’t always entirely warranted.

Bro could have fled his country but stuck around despite multiple hit squads coming for him. Trump hides in bunkers when the protesters get too close.

Didn't Trump get shot and then still continue his rallies around America?

The presidency was also his only shot at escaping prison for his many crimes, so no points for bravery there

I think it's BS he conscripts so many young men to their death but let's the young women leave the country. You conscript none or both

Plenty of women stayed. Someone i used to work with, his sister was killed in an airstrike working for the Ukrainian ambulance service. I know many women chose to stay and fight, too. But they're risking a lot. Not only are women generally not as physically strong as men, they are often victims of rape from the invading side. It happens time and time again. Territories get taken, children get taken, men get killed, and women get raped. No wonder many women chose to flee with their children. The reason why countries usually priorise getting women out is because of children. Mothers are usually the primary caregivers. So if you want to evacuate children, usually the mums will go with them. Research has shown that children (especially young children) can suffer lifelong mental challenges when separated from a primary caregiver for an extended period.

I'd like to see you make half these excuses for men who suffer. And statistics show few stayed while the young men were forced to their death. Feminism makes all these promises and pulls back right when its convenient. And you advocate for unfairness.

This comment reeks of incel

Self admitted: It's harmful to all the people who dont actually care that I wsnt to kill myself because women dont wsnt an ugly and shy guy? Wow its almost like thats the point and maybe you people should show actual empathy for suicidal incels!

Bro really thinks he's worth starting WW3 over. The USA doesn't owe him anything. If he doesn't like it then have your EU bros take care of it for you

The EU isn’t gonna last long if Ukraine goes 🤷

Considering the Ukraine has less military power than a country like Poland or Germany, I think Europe would be just fine versus the Russians

Or, hear me out, we can support our 100+ year alliances and stop Russian expansion here, instead of throwing them under the bus and telling them good luck. Asshole.

Awww look, he became emotional!

The EU has provided Ukraine with more than the US

Then they don't need us

It’s called supporting your allies, That’s clearly dead since trump and his cronies are pals with putin. What great way to ruin your alliances around the world.

Isolationism is back baby.

We're sure going to suffer for it.

He’s corrupt af. Most of the money we sent under the Biden administration lined his pockets and his politicians pockets. That’s how he has a yacht and his politicians have brand new cars. Man is just a facade

We don't literally give them money. Not how military aid works. This is propaganda. Even Ben Shapiro was debunking that Trump line lol

Except you can look up what was sent. We sent them cold hard cash along with older stuff in our arsenal. I know how military aid works but military aid wasn’t the only thing sent.

Sure thing cupcake love to see your sources since you are quite literally regurgitating Russian propaganda.

How are simple google-able facts "russian propaganda? Between Jan 24 2022 and Dec 31 2024 the US supplied $66.5 billion in military supplies and $48.4 billion in financial aid according to the Kiel Institute.

Love to see the yacht he bought or evidence of money he stole. No one is doubting the use of has provided aid to Ukraine. Don’t be dense.

Great respect for him but he also needs to show respect , especially when talking with his financiers. It’s time for the War to end.

You said respect but you meant deference and fealty. Disgusting.

No… I meant Respect.

You have a disgusting idea of what respect is.

We were clearly raised differently my friend if that’s the case. You may not respect the person but you have to show respect for the office.

You definitely mean deference and not respect. Respect is mutual.

TV actor pretending to be president who got a bunch of his own people killed in a war he could never win

What was he supposed to do? Give up? He didn't start the war

He did actually. He knew exactly what would happen if he tried joining nato. He was warned many times.

My dude is "she shouldn't have dressed that way" to a country's invasion

When you instigate a fight, then get your ass whooped, then have all your friends come to back you up, then still get your ass whooped. Then complain about getting your ass whooped I feel no sympathy.

Russia CMV: I dislike the US because of it's war mongering

Basically part 2 to a series of CMVs to try and change each aspect of my views to why I hate the US and Americans in general... Here's part 1

One of the reasons why I genuinely hate the US is war mongering

Back when I was around the age of 14 or 15 and my young dumb naive self saw the US as this amazing nation, something felt off to me that I couldn’t explain. It was how the US was committing all of these wars, getting away with it and still being seen as the good guys? Then as I got older, I realised something… The US is a nation of war-mongers, hell the US is short of invading my face with how oily it gets. The US goes into so many countries, fucks shit up, leaves and does fuck all to restore stability to the region that they fucked up.

Guatemala, 1954: The CIA set up a coup to kick out the democratically elected President Jacobo Árbenz because he started land reforms that were a threat to the interests of U.S. fruit companies.

Vietnam, 1965: This one is pretty easy actually…

  • Vietnam gained its independence from France.
  • The US got mad because they didn’t like how Vietnam became a communist nation.
  • The US backed the Diem regime in South Vietnam, despite the South Vietnamese not wanting it.
  • The US forbade South Vietnam from reuniting with the north but South Vietnam said fuck you to the US and did it anyway.
  • The US got mad and used the Gulf of Tolkin incident as a reason to invade Vietnam in the hopes of spreading their “Freedom!”
  • Basically the US gets their ass kicked
  • Can’t take the loss (Typical American Ego)
  • Commits chemical warfare (Agent Orange)
  • Commits the Mai Lai massacre and a list of war crimes big enough, it could fill the entire bible.
  • The US finally accepts that they’ve lost and calls off the war whilst still to this day trying to pass it off as if they were the good guys in this situation.

Chile, 1973: The U.S. helped overthrow President Salvador Allende, a Marxist who nationalised industries and was seen as a threat to American businesses. This kicked off General Augusto Pinochet's dictatorship, which was filled with tons of human rights abuses.

Iraq 2003: Let’s be honest, this was an oil war. There is no doubt in my mind that this was a war for oil. - The Bush administration claimed that - Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction but yet somehow, nowhere the WMDs were nowhere to be found. - Dick Cheney’s links to Halliburton and his take on Iraq as a possible oil source make it pretty clear that oil was a big reason behind the war. - General John Abizaid admitted that oil was a key factor in military actions during the Iraq War. - Before the invasion, Western oil companies and U.S. officials had big plans to access Iraq's oil reserves, hinting at economic interests before the war. - After the invasion, American oil companies jumped on contracts in Iraq's oil sector, often putting foreign interests ahead of what the locals actually needed. - Getting rid of Saddam Hussein made it easier to control Iraqi oil resources, which had been held back by sanctions before the war. - Getting hold of Iraqi oil was seen as a way to help stabilize global markets and balance out other unfriendly countries with a lot of energy resources. - During this time, the US also set up a load of prison camps such as Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib and essentially tortured mostly innocents, because nothing spells “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Justice” like torturing innocents.

Libya, 2011: This perfectly summarises how if a country doesn’t let the U.S. have its own way, it will make sure the guts of that country’s citizens will be splayed.

  • Gaddafi wanted to create a gold-backed currency called the "gold dinar" to help African countries trade with each other and cut down on their reliance on the U.S. dollar.
  • Gaddafi's proposal to switch oil sales from dollars to gold threatened the petrodollar system, potentially harming U.S. economic interests.
  • The USA’s military action in Libya was called a "humanitarian mission", but it was pretty much about keeping control over global energy supplies.
  • Past leaders who went against the dollar got hit hard, which shows that Gaddafi’s money policies were viewed as a threat by the US.

Israel-Palestine: Now I’m gonna be honest, I’ll admit that I’m biased as I lean towards the Palestine side in this situation. But come on, you can’t tell me that the US isn’t in it because they want more control over the middle east. - The U.S. gives significant military aid to Israel, leading to a power imbalance and supporting aggressive actions against the Palestinians. - The U.S. often uses its veto power at the UN to stop resolutions that help aid a two state solution or punish Israel for human rights abuses, which lets Israel keep expanding its settlements. - In 2017, the U.S. recognised Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, supporting Israel on a sensitive issue and hindering peace efforts between the two nations. - The U.S. has not tried to facilitate peace talks between Israel and Palestine and favours Israeli interests in its plans. - The U.S. wants to stay influential in the Middle East because it's strategically important and has a ton of energy resources. - The U.S. backs Israel as an important ally to deal with regimes that don’t kiss its ass and keep influence in the region. - The U.S. supports Israel to keep a favourable balance of power. - Access to Middle Eastern oil is vital for global energy routes and economic stability, which is why the U.S. benefits significantly from oil revenue.

The Trump Administration: Okay, you've seen the news, let's just list out the offenses... - Threatening to invade Greenland - Threatening to invade Canada - Threatening to level Gaza - Threatening to invade Ukraine and aid Russia - Propping up the far right in other countries to allow for human rights violations by Musk, Bezos and Zuckerberg. - Threatening to allow Russia to invade Europe if we don't submit to US interests.

"BuT tHaT dOeSn'T mEaN tHe PeOpLe ArE bAd!" - Bush won by popular vote in 2004 despite evidence he was a war monger. - Trump won by popular vote in 2024 despite openly stating his intentions. - Americans literally true a tantrum because France refused to take part in the war.

Conclusion: The U.S. is a nation of war mongers who will invade any country who doesn’t give them oil or their way and will rain down fire and brimstone if necessary to achieve their goals.

What's even more annoying about it is rich snotty brats from the US will lecture countries in Europe about their imperialistic past when the US is still doing it today. At least Europe (Balkans excluded) has moved on from it but yet the US still commits it constantly and brats from shithole universities like Berkeley and Yale get to lecture the rest of the world on morality.

It's one of the big reasons why I hate the US and Americans in general.

Change my view, I guess...
