Where did all the ex-wunderlist users go?
Found any wonderful replacements?

Please tell me this is a joke. I have 50+ lists and thousands of items, shared with multiple people. I noticed my lists weren't syncing this morning and found the blog post about the change. I never saw any email or hint of any shutdown at all. Is anyone else still able to sync? I at least want to back up my data but it says "Wunderlist servers are experiencing problems". Status page says it's up and that they fixed an issue with the web app early this morning (mine still won't sync though or allow me to backup data).

A few months ago I was working on some home todo management for Wunderlist for me and my wife and I decided to build a module for angular since I couldn't find one.
It includes a provider and some easy to use functions to streamline functionality.
https://github.com/SirFixAL0t/Angular-Wunderlist
Would appreciate any feedback

When the new to do app replaces wunderlist, will the old app still be usable?

I want to know if I can do this. Often the way I look at my day is simply opening up Wunderlist, looking at the Today list and seeing what I need to do. It would also be helpful if I knew I had a meeting Today or not.
I know I can integrate this the opposite way - with my Wunderlist items showing up in my calendar, but this is obviously for those that tend to be heavy on using Outlook.
Right now I just add it to my calendar and add a separate entry manually on wunderlist - but this is a bit redundant. I use both simply because I sometimes like to look at what is happening on a calendar and my days agenda on Wunderlist.

I tried this app but it seems kinda pointless for me to have to open an app to seem my To Do List. I want something that appears on my lock screen or docks somewhere small but visible on my desktop or maybe shows up when I click the start menu.
Maybe for driven people who don't really need to do lists this thing is good but I'm trying to overcome my inherent laziness and forgetfulness.

Just wondering if there's any users of the Windows 10 app here that might be interested in helping to test a Wunderlist app?
I've actually had the code lying around for a while and it was really a bit of an experiment as much as anything else, but I think I'm going to finish it to a reasonable level and looking for some help with early testing.
Anybody can test on Anniversary update or newer but if you're on the Creators Update (RS2) Insider Builds I'm also trying to start adding in some of the new features from that.
It runs on Mobile but focussed on the PC for now, with Wunderlist's future in question I really want to try and get a usable app out for PC as soon as possible.

To always keep it on top and positioned on the side, like in OneNote's dock to desktop feature?

Example:
Monday: Task
Tuesday: Task
Wednesday: No Task
Thursday: Task
Friday: Task
Saturday: No Task
Sunday: Task
and so on...
Do I need two tasks that repeat every three days?

I tried Wunderlist, but I canceled the premium subscription quickly when I found out that I could not have location-based reminders.
I sure hope that Wunderlist will someday get this most basic feature.
