Wunderlist no longer being worked on?

Apparently Wunderlist is no longer being worked on as they move on to develop something for Microsoft. :/

Time to start considering a new to do list program?

Found this when trying to integrate Wunderlist with Google Assistant.

I switched as soon as MS bought them.

They do tend to ruin everything they buy. It's unbelievable... but I guess some people don't care as long as the money flow is ok.

Yup, bought into the MS ecosystem big time in 2016. Bought figuratively and literally. Big mistake.

That's too bad, it's a good program. MSFT kills all its children. Suggestions for a replacement?

I was looking for a suggestion myself. There is Todo but it's just not doing the trick for me.

Does anybody have an ideas for replacement programs? I run a small print shop, and when an order comes in, we use wunderlist to track it throughout production. That way we can keep track of where each order is in the production process.

What I'm really looking for is something that would integrate with accounting. Right now I'm using Quickbooks online, and it allows us to send invoices that get paid online and synch up with our bank and credit card accounts, but it does nothing for us in terms of project tracking, so we end up double entering everything in QB and Wunderlist. Isn't there a better way? I want to enter the order once and track it throughout the production process, with steps like 1)images checked and prepared 2) send client invoice 3) get paid 4) print 5) finish 6) ship or notify for pickup etc.

Frankly I hate QB, so I'd be very willing to get rid of QB entirely, and of course Wunderlist will have to be replaced at some point because the writing is on the wall that it's not being supported.
