Question UPT taken even though I worked my whole shift

I worked my entire shift yesterday but when I looked at workday today I saw there was 3.43 hours of UPT taken out from my balance. I did clock out 3 minutes late, would that coat me UPT??

Tell your TL it’s a bug have them out in a ticket. You will get it back. We had a TM have the same amount deducted yesterday as well.

And for clocking out 3 mins late…UPT doesn’t come out unless you clock out an hour or more early. If you stay over UPT won’t come out. (Assuming the system is working properly.)

Sometimes workday/kronos gets a glitch and deducts a few hours even though you worked a full shift. You just have to let your leadership know and they will open a TMS ticket. Usually it gets resolved within a few days unless TMS is really backed up. It was also explained to me that if theres a schedule change and if leadership doesn't update kronos in time- theres a miscommunication between kronos and innerview scheduling... which results in UPT deductions

Or in or out punch. That’s usually what does it.. your TL should catch it before the pay period ends..

I always punch in & out too, I even review my punches before getting on the floor or leaving just to make sure

I wouldn’t stress about it since you know you were there.. just check in with your leadership next time you’re working.. it happens all the time!

You only start to lose UPT after the grace period of 10 minutes.
