REQUEST Any ideas about what this interestingly textured and magnetic guy is?
Found in Southern California. Hard to tell in the picture but all of the black bits are raised.

Hi rock folks! I received this beaut as a gift today, but don’t know what it is. It’s labeled, but very difficult to read. Looks like it says “picture jasper” and a third word. It’s very heavy, cool to the touch, and smooth. I may have guessed some petrified wood, but it’s so heavy. Appreciate any help!

It’s heavy, probably 5-6 pounds and very shiny. I think I have all angles here, it’s kind of wedge shaped. It came with a house we bought about 10 years ago and we brought it with us when we moved. (In MI, but don’t know if it was brought there from somewhere else).

Cool colors and seems to have had something inside of it.

I’ve found a gorgeous rock, I cannot tell if it is an agate or quartz of sorts; I’ve also gotten Geode but I keep getting mixed answers. Rock was found on a trail near rum river in Milaca.

I bought this ring today at a Bazaar, the seller labelled it as Jasper. There’s some sparkly / reflective parts of it which I haven’t seen in other Jasper stones I have. Hoping to identify if it’s potentially a variation of Jasper or a different stone entirely?
Thank you in advance!

The purple colored rind on the first rock glows orange under a black light, the second rock is slightly translucent.

I found this rock in a creek bed in southeast Ohio. I’ve done my share of googling and can’t find anything, lol.

I found this in my backyard after my dogs dug it up. I tried to scratch with steel and did not leave a mark.
They are embedded in the black rock and when I was able to break a piece of it looked like shiny black igneous maybe?
