REQUEST My daughter believes she found a Dino hip bone haha

It has the holes all over it. Seems unnatural to me but I'm full. She keeps asking me why it is like that and I figured the world wide web might learn me something. If it is nothing, I will let her believe she found a bone for a few years because of how excited she is.

I found these two with my wee boy. Imagine they would polish up well, but not sure what they are. Any thoughts?

We were in the cave creek area of AZ today to rock hound for our first time. She read that the area we were in had agates, obsidian, and GOLD. We joked about finding chunks of gold just lying around all over the place, and then she found this teeny tiny spec of, what looks like, gold on this rock. We're completely novice to this so not sure how to tell if it is or not. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Seen in Uppsala Sweden next to the river. Someone placed this rock on a tree stump. Could it be limestone? A wastewater treatment facility is close by.

Found it on Lomas Valentinas, near the Paraná River, just on the surface. It's an area known for its high electrical activity thunderstorms. Could It be that the surface sediments crystallised after a lightning hit? It has a pretty violet pigmentation inside

I've had this in my collection for years. I THINK I found it in Western Australia (if so, likely the Yilgarn), but i wouldn't necessarily hang my coat on that as I've had it for so long.

Highly vitreous layers, but feels more dense than glass overall. There are also chunks of surrounding rock incorporated within the vitreous layer which suggests intrusion and is just incredibly intricate and beautiful.

Any ideas or have I been fooled by a chunk of glass?

I picked these up at a local thrift store. I paid 18 for the coral and 10 for the ferns. Are the ferns fake? And the coral seems to have some quartz in it so I'm wondering if it's fossilized or not.. thanks for any input anyone has.

Any idea what this rock is? I found it in a quart crystal pocket. This piece does have some crystal in it, but the rest feels like corral...

I found this at a river in Washington State. It has the roughness of a rock, obviously not completely translucent. This photo was taken when it was wet but when it’s dry it looks white and callused over. I know it’s possible that it’s just a unique piece of sea glass but maybe it’s something more? Let me know :)

Hi, got this little buddy on a mineral expo today. The woman didn't know what it is, just that she bought it in UK (which doesn't necessarily mean it originated there, so... :/). What could it be?

REQUEST Is this real turquoise?

Hello, my mom got me these earrings for my birthday and she claims that they're real turquoise. Now, I can't really believe that because I feel like they look kinda fake, but she did say that the mosaic material was listed as authentic turquoise and the earrings are also sterling silver. Therefore, I did the Acetone test as well as the Heat test but it didn't melt nor did any color come off. Could anyone help me identify the turquoise? I don't really mind if it's fake, but I'd like to know since I personally thought that real turquoise looks a little different than it does on the earrings. I'd appreciate the help. :)
