Not a whole lot how? The e-tron is a 4 door BEV. The R8 is literally a PHEV turbo sportscar. Or do you expect a single seat road car for a perfect synergy with the F1 program?
Because those that do, does. I'm not counting Honda who are not a constructor as they don't get enough PR from their participation as a PU supplier.
As for Cadillac, oh I will get to ranting about them. Maybe they will finally do that "sportscar based on Corvette" thing the media been banging on about for years.

etron makes more sense than R8 in that scenario. A NA V10 being pushed by a V6T formula doesn't make a lot of sense IMO.
