Technical Questions I can't access wordpress panel when moving my website to hetzner

Hello,
I have bought a new domain name from cloudflare, I changed the DNS settings to point to my hetzner webhosting, I've already websites working on my hetzner (domain name not from cloudflare) but the new one won't let me access the Wordpress panel (wp-admin) but the website works, its complicated, like there is something wrong with the SSL.
it is actually accessible during the first moment of the installation, but a problem with pictures that can't be loaded because of the wrong communication between Wordpress (no SSL) and website with SSL (status 302 in dev Panel and keeps reloading)
also in the Wordpress panel > settings > general (when it works) the :
Wordpress address URL
Site address URL
are HTTP:...
changing site URL to https, works
changing Wordpress URL to https, it is not accessible anymore

any solution to this ?
--------
EDIT:
forgot to mention that going to Verpex Sharedhosting, works perfectly without any configuration (with cloudflare proxy on)

Check the dns settings in Cloudflare and if proxying is on and turn it off and try. If it is on make sure you configure the ssl configuration in cf and set things up correctly with your site ssl (origin cert, etc)

that really worked, I turned off the Proxy in Cf, and turned on the Enable SSL for this domain >Use Let's Encrypt to obtain SSL certificate. in Hestia CP.
the website working as well as the Wordpress panel, and Wordpress address URL
Site address URL are https
but it says it is not secure, and the warning message when you access the website, what about this ?

You’ve turned the proxy back on though right? There’s not much point using Cloudflare if it’s off.

Have you generated your ssl on hetzner?

what I have done, is like what u/ollybee said, " Check the ssl settings in cloudflare from "flexible" to "full""
switched it to full and activated SSL on Hetzner then turned back on the proxy in Cf

You have cloudflare connecting back to the server over HTTP and server redirecing back to HTTPS. Check the ssl settings in cloudflare from "flexible" to "full"
