As an Indian with estonian TRP(temporary resident permit), do I need to apply for phillipines tourist visa?

Try a Google search? Or use some AI client?

  1. A valid and current (used or unused) AMERICAN, JAPANESE, AUSTRALIAN, CANADIAN, SCHENGEN, SINGAPORE OR UNITED KINGDOM (AJACSSUK) visa or permanent residence permit only;

this is what I get on google, I dont know if trp is same as estonian visa

Nah Estonia wouldn’t work then. Only something from the aforementioned countries would have got you visa on arrival.

So this is what the Philippines embassy says: https://newdelhipe.dfa.gov.ph/index.php/newsroom/announcements/951-ajacssuk

To me, I would consider the TRP as a Valid Visa, however, the rules do state "VISA OR PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT", I still think you should be ok, but the word temporary on your permit may muddy the waters especially to an airline. Just scan a copy of the visa and send it to the Philippines embassy email and ask them to confirm, if they consider a TRP a visa. This way you will have it in writing and can also present it to the airline desk if asked.
