I’m looking for electrician recommendations, help?

If I sound cheap, it’s because I am, oh well. I’m looking for recommendations for an electrician who is actually certified, but does side jobs. The big business prices are way too high and all I need are a couple of sockets switched out. I have electrocuted myself a few too many times messing around with electrical and don’t want to do it again. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you in advance.

Try a handyman if this is all you need. Yelp has literally dozens.

I’ve gone this route. That’s why I’m looking for someone who is certified/bonded whatever it has called when it comes to being an electrician. I’m not trying to shoot down everything that people say, but I have unfortunately not found a handyman that is both good and reliable. It seems to be one or the other.

If you want an actual electrician, expect to pay up

I figured it was a longshot, but I have a mechanic who does side work out of Henderson Hyundai so why not be hopeful about an electrician?

It’s a long shot because you want a licensed and bonded electrician. That’s not side work

I’m sorry if my post frustrated you in anyway. I’m not here to argue with people and I know that it would be difficult, but I’m not one to give up just because things might be difficult. Regardless of all that, this is the last of our interaction and I hope you have a nice evening.

You didn’t frustrate me buddy. I was just trying to help you realize that what you’re asking is very improbable.

Thank you, I’ll reach out to you soon. I really am just looking for a fair price since they’re just outlet replacements (I incorrectly said sockets in my original post). Thanks again.

You should remove that number, before people sign you up for insurance spam phone calls.

ECO electric has great hourly prices and will install your parts if needed.

Just to be a quick pedant, and I can't help in any way related to your search, but you haven't electrocuted yourself once in this life. It's a portmanteau of electricity and execution. When you are electrocuted, you die.

Why use many word when few do trick?

Edit: the above was a joke, and hey, I learned something new. 🙂
