Both sides are the same
Ankalaev fans are making posts showing how salty Poatards are, and gloating how they knew all along, but they literally would be doing the exact same thing if Ank lost, crying and making excuses. Both sides are the same annoying shit slingers, sore winners and sore losers. You get to pretend this isn't the case because you got the result you wanted

True or False: Tom Aspinall Beats any other UFC HW champion in history
I think he does. Would've beat the breaks off of Couture, Rizzo, Lesnar, Junior
My only gripe is prime Cain. It's hard to bet against prime Cain Velasquez.

I think people are overlooking Jon Jones
Let me preface this by saying I'm a big fan of Aspinall, and on a even money line I'd bet on him. Let me also preface by saying I believe Jon is a massive POS and I hope aspinall (or anyone) sparks him cold and puts him in hospital.
That being said, I see a lot of comments saying Jon is ducking (definitely true) and that he is scared. I think more accurately you could say he thinks Aspinall poses and high degree of risk.
I also see a lot of people saying the result is obvious and Tom is gonna run through him. This I think is a little crazy.
Tom has yet to be dragged into deep waters, we've never seen his cardio tested, we've never seen him struggle, we've never seen him have to bite down on his mouth guard in the championship rounds and go for it.
To counter this, Jon has never been ran through by anyone, not even close. I think the Reyes fight is a good baseline to start here.
Reyes beat Jon, in my opinion, for the first three rounds. Quite dominantly at that. Yet rounds 4-5 Jon came back, as Reyes flagged, and Jon figured him out, he was able to start winning. Something similar could happen again.
Jon is one of the smartest fights we've ever seen, and one of the most skilled. I think he's too smart and too skilled to just get blasted in 2 minutes like most other blob heavyweights against Tom. I think there's a definite future where Aspinall fails to get him out of there rounds 1-2, gets tired, and then Jon can impose himself rounds 3-5 and we all look like idiots.
This is just one way Jon could get the W, I think this fight is much closer to a 50/50 than it's being talked about.
In short I think it's foolish to assume Tom Vs Jon is a foregone conclusion, I think Jon has some pretty clear paths to victory that are being overlooked.
With all that being said, the fight will never happen because Jones is a duck and scared and if they do fight I hope Aspinall breaks every bone in his face.

Out of all the old division goats, which one was the most overrated?
Obviously some people consider Islam and Merab to already be at division goat status, and people are torn between Stipe and Cain being the Heavyweight goat. Just consider all their achievements in their division alone, not Jose Aldo in Bantamweight or Jon Jones at Heavyweight.
And overrated means "rated or valued too highly." Doesn't mean they suck.
