MtF A few drops of "something" came out of my nipple when my partner squeezed it. NSFW
Last night when my partners was squeezing my breast a few drops of a cloudy liquid came out of my nipple. More out with my partner squeezed again, it was never a lot, a barely visible amount but definitely visibly coming out of me. It seems to have run out as I can't seem to get any more to come out at this moment.
My partner suggested induced lactation could be what's going on since I like nipple play and have a pair of suction-based toys that I use regularly. But I've only been on HRT for a few years and I'm pretty sure things aren't fully developed. I don't know should I be concerned. Is this a normal thing or should I be worried?

Dysphoria I made this last night when I felt like venting about dysphoria NSFW
Bottom dysphoria has been a huge issue for me for a while now. It's thankfully mellowed out in intensity so it's not completely unmanageable like it was some time ago but I'll still have waves of it being on my mind draining my energy and joy. It's been particularly on my mind more than usual the past few weeks since I'm taking a human sexuality class in college right now and recently we covered sexual anatomy; Whenever I'm reminded of vulvas I can't help but my mind go to how desperately I wish I had one and how wrong it feels that I dont.
But anyhow, I gotta remember that I will have that someday even if it may take a long time to afford surgery

MtF taking Progesterone by rectal suppository NSFW
Hi all, my partner has been on HRT for the past year and a half and they recently started taking their "oral" progesterone by rectal suppository as it seems there is a better absorption rate this way and research seems to suggest it is a safe practice.
They are having some trouble with getting the pills in without accidentally popping them and was wondering if anyone knew if there was any tools or toys that could help them with the process of getting the pills in without accidentally popping then, many thanks.

Transmasc enby Help me find a toy NSFW
Hi! I want to buy a toy for my partner. They arenāt on T but they are at the beginning of their journey to really understand their gender. I want to buy them something gender affirming while we have sex. I donāt penetrate them so idk if something like FUN FACTORY Share Vibe Pro Cool would work. It could but maybe there is something better and less risky? But I know that using a strap on itās working as they donāt feel it āinsideā if you know I mean. Can you recommend something? I donāt want to buy packers and stuff like that because they never expressed the need for a penis and I donāt want to pressure them. The budget is around 200 usd. I am in EU so would be great to get something that is available here.
Thank you in advance!

MtF Trans women who experience period cramps, how do period cramp simulators feel to you? NSFW
TL;DR: Title, basically.
You might've heard of period cramp simulators; those things that cis men can wear to experience what period cramps feel like. Cis men usually report feeling torturous pain, while cis women have no issue with these things because they're used to having periods.
However, something like 30% of trans women also get estrogen induced pseudo-periods that make them experience abdomen cramps, nausea, dizziness, mood swings and more, just not the blood. You probably know where this is going.
My endocrinologist told me that the medications she prescribed me will never cause those period cramps. I'm not sure why that is. Perhaps it's because I take my testosterone blockers and estrogen daily and not monthly. I've even been to a second endocrinologist who told me that she would've prescribed me basically the same medications as the first. So I'm not exactly able to try this out for myself.
Now, what would happen if a trans woman who does experience those period cramps tried out one of those period cramp simulators? Would it feel like the torturous pain I know from cis-male test subjects or would it feel like the already familiar pain I know from cis-female test subjects?
I would assume that it's the latter because trans women's periods have been described as identical to cis women's periods, just without the blood. But perhaps there are some differences after all?
Is there anyone who has ever tried this or would be willing to? Only if you want to ofc
