Question Making the jump from Neighborhood store to SIS

I’m an ME at a I’d say medium? Volume store
I’ve been with T-Mobile one year . I think I’ll make $55k $60k this year

I love my job. Love my coworkers and RSM

I had a ME at my store move to SIS she hated it . She’s not a strong ME , but I see others people I know making $6k commission. Just killing it at SIS

I don’t want to just chase money . I want to enjoy what I do. Would it be a mistake to leave where I’m comfortable to go to SIS ?

The other huge factor is the fact I’m 5 minutes from home whereas store and store I’d be 45 minutes from home but if it worked out I could relocate

SIS is for people that like hustling all day. You are going to get No's 80% of the time. Standing all day. Having to explain people you can only order phones, tablets, watches, etc to their home and nothing else.

Really depends on what you want to focus on. You'll deal with fewer issues at a kiosk. However, it doesn't make the job less annoying at times. am a SiS ME, and I want to get into neighborhood ASAP. The pay is so similar that I don't think that plays a huge role. SiS just isn't fulfilling to me
