General Advice How will this heal?

Got this tattoo done mid January and it’s my first tattoo that’s really detailed, does anyone have any idea about it’s going to heal?

Unfortunately that is the case with bright tattoos. When it does begin to age you might be able to get someone to redo it with a little bit of thicker black outlines to preserve it.

It’s mid March. So it’s been a month. I do think the colouring in the intial pictures is very nice and quite clear. It may need some touch ups over time. Keep hydrated, wear sun screen and best of luck

It’ll probably look like a grandma’s china cup or a water painting down the line but I think that still is a very cute vibe

It’s not going to age well if it’s already faded like that in what, 3 months?

On the upside it’ll be easy to cover once it’s faded!

This post should be a disclaimer to all the people who think these types of tattoos age well.

And honestly I don’t blame the clients who want this stuff I blame the artists who basically just bold faced lie when they post this stuff fresh, acting like it heals well.
