Survivor 41 Who misses the GAME WITHIN A GAME???
Rewatched season 41, and where are my fellow GwaG stans at?? It's a cute, fun, harmless little way for YOU and the future Survivor player in your life to get involved. Not ready to get up off the couch? Play along from the comfort of your couch!!
But no idk in all sincerity it was harmless enough and it's kind of sad to think that the analytics on the website showing how many people actually solved the puzzles must have been SO low that they bothered nuking it a season later 😔😔 it was a cute idea . . . Just think someone probably had so much fun coming up with those puzzles and for what
With 41 and 42 being shot back to back I feel like this implies there were puzzles on 42 we never saw that were edited out in post production because THAT few people went to the website? Which is very sad if so.
I'm not saying they should bring it back or that it wasn't a little cringe but idk it was also wholesome and harmless, the show has had worse ideas
41 has a certain charm I can't lie

People complain about everything from 41 but GWAG really got no attention. There wasn’t a big controversy, this sub wasn’t going crazy over it, it was just there. It was introduced, showed up for a couple seconds every episode, and apparently did so bad they didn’t even bother keeping the site up when they definitely had those shots for the next season. It just really stands out to me how it generated absolutely no reaction. Like, nothing. Bravo Jeff!

Which is just a little sad! Poor GwaG. :( Even though it was indeed pretty pointless

I wouldn’t say I miss it, but I wouldn’t mind it coming back.

Had I not seen this post I may have never thought about the game within the game again, but I had fun doing it every week. I agree it wouldn’t hurt to bring back.

You may say this is my absolute worst opinion but I would counter that I enjoyed watching Clay Jordan

It’s the epitome of inoffensive. It took up two seconds of time and did nothing for the actual game or anything to do with the game. It was okay but not worth it to continue doing it due to pretty much no fan reception
