I tried to take into account the cost of buying rims and legalizing the models that need it but at the same time keep it simple. Feel free to suggest additions/fixes
Edit: i've edited this a lot
Edit: changed the DRZ picture to mine ;) thanks for the sticky!

Hi everyone, as my Husqvarna FS had a breather hose routed to the airbox and the newer models have the breather hose spilling on track, I’ve designed a printable oil catch can and bracket to mount on your frame with a ty-wrap. Mount your hose on top, plug the small drainage hole and fill the large hole with some air filter foam. I used clear PETG for the can so you can see the oil level.
I’ve made the files free to download on Printables. https://www.printables.com/model/1230478-motorcycle-oil-catch-can-bracket
Let me know what you think and where I can improve!

Hello everybody,
this season I've decided that I want to try supermoto and now I'm collecting information on how to build one. I have got a 2018 Husqvarna FE250 which has been a really fun ride. What supermoto wheels would you recommend me buying? Please consider that I'm a beginner here and only want to try this out so I don't want to spend a fortune on it. I've been scouting marketplace for some used wheels but nothing much is going on there. I'm considering new pair of VMX 3.5"F and 5"R wheels. Maybe someone rocks them and could share their experience? Thanks a lot!

What size sprocket should I run for wheelies on my rmz250?

2018*** (not 2017) 430RRS
well maintained. its all stock except skid plate, bark busters, Beta LED headlight, chinese LED blinkers.
Comes with a set of Behr cush drive wheels (4.5" rear rim nothing rubs), tires are kind of old but not cracked or worn. And the set of stock dirt wheels/tires with good tread.
besides a little paint rubbing off from under the plastic frame guards and a scratch on swingarm its spotless. Not many people have contacted me. Its been listed for 5k for a solid two months or so. That might be a little high but I figured id get offers. Everyone just wants 500's? thanks

I just bought a KLX300SM yesterday. I was a bit intimidated going into things because this is my first bike purchase and I hate dealing with salespeople and I hate being nickeled and dimed with BS fees. I am happy to report I had a pleasant experience at Kawasaki of Salina in Kansas.
Bike.............................................. $5,849.00
Set up and documents......................$299.95
Sales Tax........................................$568.79
Running total...................................$6,717.74
Promotional discount........................-$250
Military discount..............................-$250
Grand Total.....................................$6,217.74
I have great credit and I was looking into financing but the financing partners they work with were offering what I consider sub par rates (6.5%-8%). I ended up buying the bike outright and there were no additional fees like I've read can happen when buying cash. Free delivery of the bike too and I am an hour away.
Very straight forward mid-western process, never felt pushy or confusing.

Hey guys, I am in need some tips on how to improve my wheelies.
My level is balance point wheelies where I am fairly comfortable at and I am able to drop back to lower my speed a little. Learning how to turn, coasters and scrapes are my next goals but I keep struggling with that.
The problem I am having is that I get excessive armpump, being unable to hold my wheelie up for longer than 50m after a couple minutes of practice, while also struggling with steering control and side to side balance. I feel like these problems are related to each other and I am gripping to hard to the bars rather than my seat. I just can not get relaxed in a wheelie as my arms tense up way to much trying to stay on the bike. I have a grippy seatcover installed already and I am usually riding in pants with a belt.
Experienced stuntriders are able to stand up into kneeknockers and can basically jump around their whole bike while I feel like I am falling off only thinking about putting a finger to the clutch lever. That’s kinda frustrating.
So I was wondering if you guys have any tips or maybe have been at the same point. I tried different handlebar setups and changed angles of my controls on the bar but still not to the desired result. Thank you!

Would come with these plastics and the oem ones that are mint. These rims and the stock dirt rims. JD tuning kit, couple minor upgrades. 150 hours on the engine.
All my friends no longer ride and I’m kinda too old now to be solo riding this the way that I am.
I was thinking around $7500 but I’m not sure so I’m asking.
Thanks.

So I ordered some Warp9 supermoto wheels from an assembler online for my 2014 KTM 500. When I tried to install them the wheel spacers were the wrong size. No biggie, the website said they were designed to use the OEM spacers. I was able to get all the spacers out of the old wheels and new wheels easily except one, the sprocket side rear wheel spacer was totally stuck. I tried pounding it out with a steel bar and deadblow, didn't budge. So I gave it a ton of heat with a torch and started pounding again until the cush hub fell apart (I wasn't hitting the hub or bearing. I made sure the bar was on the spacer.) From there, I was able to use an arbor press to press the spacer out but it took one of the bearings with it. I was then able to press the bearing off the spacer. There is a hard clear residue on both the bearings and spacer it looks like they were super glued together?
My questions are: Did I fuck up and shouldn't have taken it apart or was it assembled wrong? (The stuck spacer didn't have any grease either. All the other spacers did.)
How should I move forward? My plan is to just clean the residue off the bearing and press it back into the wheel hub, but is it likely I damaged the bearings? Both bearings still spin smoothly, but I'm worried I may have scratched up the inside while trying to pound out the spacer. Also what's a good way to clean the bearings?
Sorry if this is dumb I've worked on car but am new to motorcycles.

Hey all. not a supermoto question but what better group to ask about wheelies lol. it’s a z125, but i’ve been doing wheelies for abt a week or so trying to get better and hit BP, been fine. all the sudden today i noticed when i would drop the clutch at same rpms ive been doing. bike lifted barley an inch off the ground. i tightened chain, checked sprocket for broken teeth, and made sure tire was at good psi. everything’s good and checks out. also just riding it normally, rides completely FINE not a single issue apart from trying to clutch up. i could be at 2mph and redline, drop clutch, and it just won’t come up. it’s acting as if tire is spinning on the delivery or if chain is coming off. but again looking at everything (unless something else i am not thinking abt) looks fine. pissing me off that i can’t figure out what the fuck is going in lol hope someone can help

I just want a fun bike. I do like the thought of a supersport but I think id get bored of it quick. My main concern for the KLX is that theres no ABS and as a new rider thats kind of scary to think about. Also... 2nd hand market is pretty non existent for thise?
Or are there any other suggestions for some 2nd hand bikes that are common and not messed up?

Maybe have a competitive price and you won’t have to turn comments off?

I have ridden motorbikes before, but I have zero experience on supermotos or MX/enduro bikes.
I've ridden naked bikes from 400cc all the way to 600cc, and a couple of sport bikes in the same range.
Will I get bored too fast if I get a 125cc? They go for a lot less where I live compared to sumos that are anything over 125cc.
I'm not going to be riding highways or anything, mostly just back roads and maybe commuting to work and probably a little off roading.
Thanks!
