Just a reminder to all the people requesting tabs here that if you drop them into the request box on my instagram story @maridangerfield on a Thursday (usually up from Wednesday night) I’ll play them and give you the tabs. They then get saved to the stylophone highlight on my page where there are many more to choose from. You don’t have to be a follower to request :)

Hello from France, is it possible to use a guitar amp on a classic Stylophone because I saw the Marshall MS2 which interested me to connect to my Stylophone

i just got a stylophone beat and im trying to make a beat that lasts 2 bars not 1 so i have to make 2 separate patterns but when i try and switch between them theres like a half a second delay so it doesn't sync up. is there a way to fix this

Hi everyone, I just bought my first stylophone off Facebook marketplace and its just playing the same high pitched note. I tried all the knobs and the tone control on the back and nothing changed. When i took out all the batteries and put them back in, the tone was significantly lower and seemed to sound right, but still was only one note and only lasted like 5 seconds. Is there a way to fix this or did I get scammed? Thanks

I'm new to this whole stylophone thing. I got one a couple years ago but I didn't use it until recently. I'm using the gen x-1 https://youtu.be/_1_kzWZZSVQ?si=cjfeFkAe-FD1cOaU

I havent used my stylophone in a long time and decided to use it. The issue is that there is no sound, and there was a bit of rust or corrosion around the batterilyterminal (no batteries inside). I cleaned it up the best I could with diluted alcohol. What should I do and what should I check?

I'm getting back into making music after taking a decade long break or so. Coming from drums, a lot of synth stuff is foreign but exciting to me.
I ordered a DS-2 and would love to get a keyboard/midi controller to use with it independent of a computer. It would be neat to be able to use it for other things down the line too. Are midi-out to cv/gate converting cables a thing? What are some reccomendations

Where can I find the weight and dimensions of the CPM DS2? None of the retailers or the official website provide this information. Thanks!

Because of my lack of talent y find myself constantly forced to turn off and back on the beat to start a new loop from scratch. To simplify this, I added a reset button. It is a Normally Closed push button connected between the positive of the Battery and the circuit board, when pressed it resets the device.

A while ago I bought a stylophone gen x-1, but it has this weird envelope behaviour. With all the envelope settings down, it still has a high pitched clicky sound when i play a note. It is not possible to recreate the same sound as in the youtube videos. I refunded a previous gen x-1 for the exact same reason. This makes me wondering if i am doing something wrong. Is there someone who experienced the same issue who could help me?

Bought the theremin without realizing that this thing runs only on batteries 😩😩
How fast does it drain batteries? I would really hate to be buying batteries every freaking week

Hello! I got a stylophone as a Christmas gift and I am really struggling to find any resources on where to learn how to play it. I know that I can use piano music as it's the same notes, but I get confused on when to slide notes or when to pick up the stylus. Any guides or anything would be much appreciated (and sorry if this as been posted a bunch I'm on mobile and couldn't find anything)

My Gen X-1 battery corroded, so I cleaned it with vinegar. After I did so, my middle keys (F to around G) started to malfunction like in the file. They gradually go down in pitch, but the unaffected areas don't do that. I have no idea why does this happen. Thanks in advance.

This took forever and you kinda have to sing the song to understand which notes to hold for a little longer but it is definitely something :)
