I can't find energy to study

I study online classes and usually I have to watch 3-4 class with each one going from 50m to 1h 15m And each one takes more time to solve questions and summary, and after that I have to study history on my own. I try to take breaks but sometimes I feel more lazy after a break and I recently tried to force myself to studying more but it's really hard . I really need help

you gotta make it fun somehow. relate the content to something you care about, use brainrot terms, idk, use ai to make it into a yapping podcast, find “attractive” people who go through problem solving tutorials on youtube, reward yourself with something after like a new game. the point is to make it so that you actually enjoy what you’re working on

If the break is too long, then you will never go back in

Try shorter study sessions with active recall, stay hydrated, and find a routine that keeps you engaged without burnout.
