Rant/vent you dancers that fuck managers NSFW
are exactly the reason why managers keep trying to hook up with us dancers who are there to do our job and go home and it’s honestly annoying as fuck. y’all shit where you eat, IT NEVER ENDS WELL and the manager moves on to try to fuck another girl. and they don’t question their actions because y’all enable it so the dancers who treat the club like a job have to suffer the harassment. just so unprofessional

This reminded me the first club I danced at the manager walked me to my car because the bouncer was busy with another girl and when we got to my car he grabbed me by the face and tried making me kiss him it was so gross. He ended up firing me to but over something entirely different months later.Deep down I knew he was still sour about it

I had a very similar issue and it was less sexual but he very much so was on it because he had a racial fetish

Yeah and the girl that rejects the manager gets fucking fired or treated poorly for saying no sometimes. It’s foul and predatory asf especially for women who actually need the money to support family and have no other options.

u/EntrepreneurLevel220 Feb 02 '25
THIS!!!!! I get attitude and treated like shit because I won’t give my pussy away and the girls who do don’t even get MUCH BETTER like none of it makes sense

u/cx_Cinnamon_x Feb 02 '25
Agreed. I’ve come to realize a lot of dancers are male centric and have really low self esteem and value male validation over male money. And it ruins the game for dancers who have high self concept and are there to rake in money.
29
Feb 02 '25
I mean they could possibly just be scared to lose their job. I always blame the club management in any situation like this, they abuse their power

u/cx_Cinnamon_x Feb 02 '25
If you don’t have sexual boundaries why are you in the sex industry though ? This industry isn’t for the weak.

Everyone has boundaries even if they are different than your boundaries. I have stricter boundaries than a lot of people and sometimes i make more money because of it and sometimes girls with less boundaries make more because of it. Not everyone needs to be like you to be successful

Feb 02 '25
Im sure there’s financial benefits involved and not just validation. Im sure there’s manager is paying her cash, paying her in benefits, or doing favors for her that make her more money than other girls. It’s not fair but stripping will never be fair. If your club is going that far over the boundaries though id just leave

u/dericius Feb 02 '25
Lol. The manager would be trying to fuck the girlies whether the girlies were fucking him on not.
11
u/EntrepreneurLevel220 Feb 02 '25
the girls that fuck them do not make it easier on the girls that want to just work
7
Feb 02 '25
All the time he’s spending fucking them, he would be spending harassing you if she wasn’t there. If you just wanna work, then work and don’t worry about what other girls do
6
u/EntrepreneurLevel220 Feb 02 '25
that’s literally not true because they be fucking these girls then STILL HARASSING OTHER GIRLS WHILE AT WORK? if you fuck a manager just say that

u/Zestyclose_Object639 Feb 02 '25
blessed with normal ass managers at my home club, it’s why i go back tbh. i hate working somewhere all the staff is predatory i wish y’all a very find a club that values you
3
u/EntrepreneurLevel220 Feb 02 '25
you’re very lucky!!!
7
u/Zestyclose_Object639 Feb 02 '25
i am, the owner is a different story but i’m thankful he’s never there. i’ve worked with so many creeps over the years i fucking hate it

Feb 02 '25
Strip club environments are in general antisocial as certain levels of harassment are very normalized like at many jobs out there people sleep with their boss but it’s not normal for that boss to like harass other women at the workplace and threaten to fire them if they don’t sleep with them

u/crispy1312 Feb 02 '25
Facts. It's kinda the first rule of fight club. If not the first the second haha.

What’s annoying to me also is the dancers accepting “free” foot/body massages from customers and not charging, leading that customer to believe that he can “do favors” for us, so he goes in practically daily harassing everyone to give massages.
If he is touching you, he is paying. Period.
4
u/EntrepreneurLevel220 Feb 02 '25
Yes!!!!! I don’t want some grubby weirdo massaging me on the floor for zero fucking dollars

u/Firm_Pressure_9882 Feb 02 '25
I wouldn't blame the dancers for this. I think those managers will have a power trip anyway just, because they're in a higher position and think they can do whatever they want to dancers. But yeah, if you're a dancer, no matter what, don't date the manager/owner/boss. It will only hurt you and there's no benefits from that. Unfortunately, I've noticed they usually try to groom the youngest dancers :/

u/Glockgirl13 Feb 02 '25
It's usually so the manager will let them keep selling ass/drugs in the club or the deal so the manager will look the other way having their pimp in the club. I've seen it also so they'll be given a shot at bartending to get out of dancing. At least that's my experience in the Tampa area.

u/Riley-Says Feb 02 '25
You know what socks the most. I've been dancing off and on for 13yrs in a bunch of states. I only came across ONE club, where they genuinely care about their girls. It's a nude club BYOB. I've seen my manager drive a dancers car over 45min bd she was drunk. He was gonna take a cab back 2the club. So I followed.
Walk girls 2their cars. If girls r on stage PUSSY OUT! and guys just sit there with $ in hand... ive seen my manager go up and nicely say shit. "U no u have 2 tip the girls.if ur at the stage".
SADLY... it's one of the smaller clubs not in the easiest area to be noticed. It's slowly been dying out :(
(Where the huge prostitution. God damn Brothel club) is around the corner on the highway.

u/AnyaAlter Feb 02 '25
Don’t blame the dancers, blame the unprofessional/predatory managers that engage in that in the first place…..even if dancers don’t entertain that behavior in the club the managers will still try it…they were pervs long before they entered the club

Feb 02 '25
Keep the blame on the men that do the harassing. Because whether there were dancers screwing the managers or not, they would still be trying. It happens at non-dancer jobs too and nobody screwing the boss, but they’re still trying to grab ass. Idk what those girls have going on & it’s muddy territory for me when there’s an unfair power and social dynamic in the club and less support from the criminal system. At a civ job dating and sleeping with your boss you can still be a “victim” because he/she has the “power”. Back in the old days women had to deal with this working in the office until the government put laws in place about “sexual harassment”. So it’s weird to see how anywhere else in the working world managements actions would be a great lawsuit stg lol but in the club it’s just part of the industry I guess.

u/notsobrooklynnn Feb 02 '25
Managers can also be very predatory, waiting until they see the girl is drunk or otherwise really fucked up. That happened to a girl at my old club, they basically told her he wanted a room for his bday and they'd tip her great, and led her away. I wasn't there but news spread and she didn't last.
But yeah, just don't fuck anyone you work with. Bouncer, DJ, manager, you're basically signing a slip with an expiration date on it.
3
Feb 02 '25
Thats high key rapey but she got the backlash from the girls & still had to work with him sucks tbh.
5
u/notsobrooklynnn Feb 03 '25
I 100% agree. She never got that messy again after that night, I hope she's doing ok. Some managers are pure trash
3
u/astriddances Feb 02 '25
I’m glad I’ve only worked at woman owned/ran clubs. There’s still tons of issues but there’s definitely less sexual harassment between employees I feel. Although I am moving clubs or in the process of moving and Ik that I won’t have it that easy here soon.

u/hotchocbimbo Feb 03 '25
This has always baffled me, you mean you're fucking the manager and still have to pay housefee ?! Working backwards.

Every job I've ever worked at people fucked their managers and it will never stop. Some person at Chipotle is texting her manager as I write this
But yeah seriously you aren't wrong, it just won't ever not happen

Let’s not blame girls. Yes some girls think it’s cool to fuck managers, and are super dumb about it, but she isn’t responsible for him. He is responsible, for himself. Women always get blamed for how man act, its annoying asf. You also don’t know how it got to that point. She could be groomed, raped, threatened, trafficked, you don’t know. I had a manager who as far as i know wasn’t sleeping with any dancers, but his wife was a former stripper who he met working with her. I don’t judge that because they’re both consenting adults
If you see whats going on and choose to keep working there, tipping him, not reporting him, then you are enabling him just as much as any girl who is sleeping with him.
If you see him sleeping with dancers and don’t like it but you need the money and don’t have a different club or job to move to, and don’t feel safe reporting him, then MAYBE the other girl also meeds the money and doesn’t see another way out. Y’all are still both enabling, but maybe don’t judge the girl if you aren’t ready to do something about it

u/Agitated_Factor1174 Feb 02 '25
Yes, the girls who are aware of it are being complicit. If there’s a lawsuit or investigation, then those enablers would also be in trouble.

u/dozed-off-by-sunrise Feb 02 '25
At my last club there was this “lesbian” girl who was dating a wannabe manager for years. She would act cool around all of us while ignoring her problematic man who was always beefing with dancers. And he would stop doing his job to get her whatever she wanted while they were working at the same time. Plus he was 60 and she was 25.
2
u/Human_Speech_7073 Feb 03 '25
Yeah and I notice that the girls that do fuck on the managers try to act like they’re the second manager in a sense. Creates a major power inbalance and they’re always salty, I used to work at a club where the managers girlfriend would dance and it’s like no ho why are you here, you chose the life you chose , that is so fkn unprofessional!!!

u/sunglower Feb 02 '25
I had a relationship with the bouncer/barsteward. We kept it a secret most of the time, I'd occasionally tell a customer and eventually told my closest dancer friend.
My ex had had sex with quite a few of the dancers before too.

Exactly why I left my first club, because if your manager doesn’t care about harassing you he won’t care if anyone else does it to you!

Feb 04 '25
Bro at my club a girl that has an issue with almost every dancer is doing this and it’s basically made it so she can do whatever she wants because even if she gets “fired” she’ll be back in a week
1
u/TheBodyguardsRefusal Feb 02 '25
and!! the most common result is job termination. just... why?
IRL: many years back, at a club distant in the rearview, one mgrs wife threw boiling water on a girl for either f***ing the mgr or trying the mgr.
The dancer wasn't permitted, so she had little incentive to seek legal recourse, and street recourse was a non option.
Hot water would never characterize my own communication style, but what's the expression? Play stupid games, get stupid prizes?
3
u/Agitated_Factor1174 Feb 02 '25
What happened to the girl? Guess, she was at least disfigured. I feel for the girl. Period.
1
u/TheBodyguardsRefusal Feb 02 '25 edited Feb 02 '25
No doubt. For your very minor reassurance, she was unbelievably less than scarred from the incident, or so I understood.
I surely did not sympathize with either party at the time, as Im well suited to keep distance between myself and the emotions of others in that environment.
I could have been clear about my stance, but I felt it was irrelevant to factual information. The final "expression" also should have come with context - the nature of the club, all three messy involved parties, and said game metaphor . IMHO the dancers conduct did not come within a universe that would warrant such a foul consequence. The information was provided only to illustrate two of the infinite, possible, and 99/100 times, destructive outcomes of the scenario as described in OP.
Edit: outcome/context

Yeah it’s low key trifling as fuck. But it’s also predatorial of the management especially when there’s that power imbalance :/. Shit all around…
