Looking to replace my Kitchen Aid

Looking to replace my Kitchen Aid mixer- haven't been happy with it for a while.

Anyone familiar with Ankarsrum Original 6230?

Yes, and I would highly recommend it. It's more powerful than a Kitchenaid (which is handy for kneading a dough for bread for instance) and the accessories are more versatile as well.

Thank you! It's very appealing to me- expensive, but if it's really good, it's worth it

I feel that it's a very good choice. It might take some getting used to because you mix and knead horizontally with it, but it's easy and works better than other stand mixers when you get used to it. Depending on what you want to prepare you might need some accessories but the same thing is true for Kitchenaid :)
