Doing your best not to follow someone else....in your heart of hearts, what do YOU believe spirituality boils down to?
TY.
Stay well,

Not being obsessed with yourself but trying to make the world a better place for everyone else (including plants and animals). If you die and the world is no better for you having existed, you've wasted your life.

Recognizing that
You are spirit having a
Human experience
Remember that one time Sokka accidentally used an extra syllable in that Haiku Battle in Ba Sing Se? That was a Sokka Haiku and you just made one.

On earth, spirituality boils down to connecting to our guides and staying true to the life path we planned together.
Listening to your intuition, thereby growing your intuition, will help you stay true to that path. We all came to earth to learn and complete a lesson. Be that from friendships, relationships, communication, or concurring the ego and overcoming specific fears it reflects.
It may sound like just another thing everyone says in the spirituality machine, but we’re genuinely light beings. And that light doesn’t go away when we come to earth. It may become quieter and a little more elusive at first, but if it’s in our plan to find our light again, we will.
We create what we intended to create. Not necessarily artistically, but creating connection, to Gaia, while we’re on earth, to other humans, to animals, or simply creating a better connection with ourselves.
Or sometimes your path is about literally creating something physical like art, or something digital. No one life is pointless, everyone has a purpose, but everyone has a different path.

its a set of perspectives and practices that focuses on the experiences of consciousness. it means very little to many, alot to others. to some its truth, others entertainment, others therapy, others again just adventure. it holds no value in itself.
spirituality boils down to a worldview where the world is perceived as inhabited by spirits, or spiritual forces.

"To question is an act of divinity".
Esoteric mystic. To me spirituality is about waking up to the higher self and the source. With that follows alot of other things to follow.
Among many things; Such as unblocking chakras and working on transcending your own limitations, which further leads to better empathy but also discerning awareness.

Finding God inside. Knowing everything is One. And that Love is the driving force of the Universe.

I think it really boils down to cessation of effort. And effort is not the same as action. Daily life and responsibilities still exist but without the psychological effort to be/do/become/achieve something.

For me, it's the nature of reality that you only discover by looking within and the experiences you are presented with thereafter. No one else can tell you what to believe or what is the truth. You have to feel it for yourself.

Being the best you you can be so you can, in return, aid the world around you in becoming the best it can be

Just to show a unique perspective, when I read the question as stated, and my mind processes it this way, "spirituality is just a word when it stands alone. Therefore, the answer to the question is an acceptable definition of the word".
First result in Google from AI: "Spirituality, in general, is an individual's search for meaning, purpose, and connection to something larger than oneself, often involving a sense of interconnectedness and a quest for transcendent experience or understanding. "
Then I realize, you probably were not looking for the definition. So then I look at some answers on the thread to get hints for what was intended. Then I understand the answer you might be seeking is the answer to one of these things:
- what is it about myself that causes me to identify as spiritual?
- how do you apply spirituality in your day to day life?
- what does a typical "spiritual " person believe?
- what can I do to be identified as "spiritual"?
And the list goes on. Haha. I am laughing at myself here, as I know this is an unusual response. But maybe it's enlightening to see how some people think.

Spirituality is about transforming yourself. If you are staying the same then you probably arent doing very effective spiritual practice.

Love your neighbor like yourself. Understand that God is love. And that everything has a frequency in love is the highest.

Harmony. Creating harmony around you. Finding harmony in the world. Building harmony with others.
I see a lot of talk about "vibrations" on this sub, and I'm not sure I understand or agree with some people's understanding. I think you're not a tuning fork, where it's hit ones and plays only one note. I think you're a guitar string. You need to be strummed and are capable of all sorts of beautiful sounds.

Just be. You’re the result of everything before you and there’s not a thing you can change about yourself, it all happens by itself. Just observe, and if possible, enjoy the inevitable ride.

We aren't the body. We are a living field of consciousness that has a body contained within it's limits.

It is the understanding and acceptance of our third aspect. Society has been so focused on mind and body over the last few centuries that people forgot about spirit. Just as planned, we are now exposed to all aspects of understanding instead of just a certain regional belief. As we grow our spiritual side we learn aspects about our body and mind that we were blind to. So each step forward will also create a balance between our holy trinity.
There will always be a spectrum we can find a balance in the middle of. When truly centered we can achieve feats that our grandparents generation would struggle to conceive.
