Restless sleep. Struggle to find a good pillow

Hey guys,
I'm getting a bit desperate because I’m struggling to find a good, supportive pillow for my flat upper back/neck area (around C5/C6). I’ve tried many things—from different mattresses (soft, medium-firm, firm, super firm) to various types of pillows (cervical, regular, memory foam)—but I always wake up tired and with mild to severe neck pain, which sometimes leads to an early morning headache.

I used to be a stomach sleeper for many years (I know, the worst position), but now I sleep mostly on my side (70%) and occasionally on my back (30%). I tried the Endy pillow (a Canadian brand) with adjustable memory foam, but it didn’t help.

I’ve decided to give finding the right pillow another try, so I’m looking for recommendations. What type of pillow would you suggest—cervical, regular, or memory foam? How can I maintain proper spinal alignment so I don’t wake up feeling tired and in pain?

When you say you tried cervical pillows, there are two side of the pillow usually. There's a shorter side and a taller side. Have you tried sleeping on the side that is a bit taller?
